I know this is an older video, buti really hope you still read comments. I've been having serious problems with my neck for quite a while. Extreme tightness, soreness, headaches, and the like. Its been really bad lately and i think its gotten to the point where it's affecting my brain (brain fog, confusion, trouble focusing) which im guessing is due to compression on my nerves/blod vessels, the latter of which might be limiting blood flow to my brain. I did these as you described them and i just wnated to thank you. I feel looser, have much less pain, and the prior cognitive problems are notably less apparent. Thank you for sharing this, I strongly believe It'll help me with my issues and im gonna be integrating it into my daily routine.

He said it provides the comfort and ease he wants while sleeping, specifically in staying away from back pain.?

Ive heard some incredible things about it and my good mate called Gray at last got astronomical results with it.

I am on a healing journey and I’m trying to heal the vagus nerve and the body is not used to me doing new so it’s getting tense because it doesn’t know what to do but I have been working for two months and it’s becoming slightly easier where the body is starting to relax a little bit more.I know it will take some time to break the old habits and the new and I thank you for this video.

Thanks. These short power burst videos are really helpful. They contain all the information you need, just like a power nap. So this one needed to spend a little longer on each exercise and a little longer inbetween each exercise fir it to be a true power burst short video. I also like short stories and short films.
I had this pain on my shoulder for a few days, it's getting harder and the muscle start spasm really bad. But this tutorial helps ease the pain and now my shoulder is not as painful as before. Thank you so much
This did the trick for me. Shoulder blade no longer feels soared. With the right stretching; any kind of muscle/joint aches could be gone. But to prevent shoulder and neck pain in the first place; sit and work with a proper posture. Thanks.
Hey Judi, in the first part where you dropped down your head, you said it's fine as long as there's no pain, but i'm having pain as soon as i lower my head down forwards. What does that mean and what should i do?
