    Monday workout on fire!! didn't get to bed until almost 1:30 a.m. today is a
    stat holiday for me here in Ontario Canada so I got up a little bit later but I didn't miss my Monday have a great day all

    I felt really strong in those inchworm burpee pushups at the end! It's easy to feel like you are aren't making any progress from day to day but it's moments like that where I absolutely crush a hard move that I realize I am making great progress. Keep up the hard work everyone! We got this 💪

    Such a good workout!
    I am so thankful for that post workout talk because I was feeling pretty defeated that I couldn't get full pushups without dropping to my knees with those burpees!

    This was so good! The power moves are my favorite! This workout let's you just get lost in the sauce because it flows so well! This was fun, intense, challenging, and it flew by! Thank you!

    Feeling Stronger after menopausal. I didn't think that I would get my strength back, but here I am lifting and growing stronger with each workout!!😛💪💪🦵🦵🦶🦶

    Wheww 🥵🔥!! Great job, everyone, for showing up and crushing this one! I don’t know about you, but this workout was TOUGH!! I was proud to be able to bump up to my 30 lb. dumbbells in push presses for the first time though 🥳!! Thank you for the challenge, Sydney ❤️!

    Love that workout! The plank pikes with the ball, was hard, I couldn’t do it 😢. I used my sliders. I’m hoping she will do it again! I’m all about making new things work!! Great job everyone 🎉

    Woooooo! So hard to catch my breath on this one but I focused on my breathing as much as I could especially during our short rest periods . This one was indeed short and spicy and it flew by so fast ! Love love love a workout like this to get the energy started for the new week. I increased my pace and/or weights each round because I knew that there were only 3 and only 30 seconds in each. So happy to have started my Monday this way. All thanks to Sydney and Dustin’s dedication to this channel ❤

    That one was a fantastic whole body burner!!! Challenging from circuit 1 and I was still able to do all three rounds of inchworm burpees on my toes!! Proud of my efforts today! Great work squad!!!🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥

    Man!!! I loooooove the 30 min workouts and I am loving the “circuit # complete” at the end of each circuit!! It’s a win win!! It encourages me and motivates me at the same time that I completed one or another and closer to completion 😂 Love this program!!

    First Sydney workout since I had my baby! I’m 13 weeks postpartum and I worked out with Sydney up until I was 39 weeks pregnant! I’ve got the shakes but I feel pretty good. Thanks for being such an inspiration Sydney!
