    I am a bigginer and there are alot of trainer videos on youtube but finally i found sir rohait bcz i believe that he gives the most honest advise regarding training among everyone i saw on youtube otherwise the gym insturter here in Dubai they just focus to train beautiful and attractive girls to train. If we ask them sir am i doing it correct and they reply yeah yeah bro its fine without looking to us 😁

    नमस्ते गुरु जी,मेरे एक प्रशन है ,
    की मै लाइट वेट से बाइसेप अगर मारता हु, तो वो वॉर्मअप सेट होता है ,
    अगर मैं उसी लाईट से तब तक मारु जब तक कि मसल्स में तगड़ा बाला पेन न हो जाए अब मसल्स बोले कि बस अब रखो ।
    तब भी वह exercise हो वॉर्मअप सेट काउंट होगा क्या?

    Bhaiji mai to bhot time se 3 set leta hu har exercise k.. Usme first set mai apna heaviest set leta hu for eg - chest db press me first set 25 ka 10 rep fir again same weight 25 ka 10 rep fir last set me 10 reps ki jaan nahi bachti to 20 kg k 10 rep leta hu. Aise me failure jaldi aata h
