I got pulled over last night for the first time in a decade. The officer could have written me up for more than one in fraction, he asked if I was tailgating because I was distracted watching my phone, which was sitting in the passenger seat playing a Law Talk video, I said “ironically I’m listening to traffic court, but there’s nothing to look at. I’m just listening.” I was polite, had all the info he needed and a clean driving record, he let me go without even a written warning. The traffic stop lasted less than 10 minutes. I can only imagine what would’ve happened if I acted like this chick.

Yep, Nicole Golomski is insane. There's another video up a few months ago titled, "Woman Gets Her 28th Ticket & Still Doesn't Care." Same lady, behaving the same way. I'm actually amazed she continues getting pulled over for driving without a license, and somehow never seems to get arrested. I live in Florida and you *might* get let go with just a ticket for your 1st driving without a license. Anything beyond that and you're going to jail. This lady clearly has no intention of ever driving legally. She seriously needs to be arrested and spend some time in jail.

As a former kiwi civil servant I can confirm that those people are horrendous to deal with. That guy was fairly compliant. I’ve been screamed at about how the state has stolen a woman’s land (which according to her amounted to an entire town 🙄🙄) After a year of living in the states it was nice to hear an accent from though.

I don't know what fraud they used in Australia to steal the land but in USA the replaced the land patent transferred with Grant deed with warranty deed. If you do not have land patent you do not own the property the state does.

Yes, this woman has been stopped repeatedly for driving without a license, has racked up 28 tickets, and behaves like this during every traffic stop. And somehow the police never seem to arrest her. How, I have no idea. In my state you might get off with just a ticket for your 1st driving without a license. Anything after that and you're going to jail. This woman shouldn't be allowed to keep doing this as she clearly has no intention of ever driving legally.

Look up Mimms v Pennsylvania. that is the president in the law. Officers must have an SAR which stands for Suspicious Articulable Reason. Thís in plain English means the officer must have a suspicion that he explains to you. You can be driving, or walking, etc. You can be detained in cuffs, and pat searched, then detained possibly in the cop car. you must I.D. period, or they will take you in to find out who you are. the officer was very professional. if they smell alcohol or weed, that is probable cause, and they can search your vehicle. if they can see thru the window; guns, bullets, weapons, drugs, paraphernalia, pill bottles, etc. that is probable cause to search. the officer was very cool because he could have really stacked up the charges. my driver's license costs $15.00 for 4 years. not having it is the worst charge.
@Jemma Rustles Yes. it gives police the power to I.D. anyone, pull them out of a vehicle and detain them in cuffs, pat search until something is found, make them sit down, even put them in the cop car. It is a precedent in law. The Sov Citiots are using 20 to 200 year old law. they are pushing back at what they consider government overreach. What are they going to do? start a revolution? they can not win. the law changes as situations demand. our legislature sees what's happening like back in the day; drunk drivers. there where groups formed like MADD, and SADD. so it became law. Then you have Domestic Violence. there are some animals out there. The detainment precedent came into law due to the sov. cit. movement. enough is enough. my drivers license costs $15 every 4 years. Driving without a license is one of the highest charges. police can see someone walking and stop them and detain them.

I have gotten pulled over a couple times for speeding. I was polite to the officers both times so things went very smoothly. All my other police encounters deal with playing pokemon go. They will occasionally check and make sure that I am OK since I will be parked in one spot for 10 to 15 minutes on the side of the road. 😄
If people would just learn to KEEP THEIR MOUTH SHUT, life would be so much easier on them.
I was going through Forsyth and got pulled over bc the officer assumed i was bypassing the scale (I was in a 26ft box truck) but i gave the officer all the appropriate paperwork including my “run” sheet proving that two of my stops were all on the backroads lol. After 20mins with a brief DOT inspection i was let go. Some cops have to deal with a lot of crap from people so being respectful and having everything in order will take you a long way if you ever get stopped. Sadly, some people will never understand this.
Granted, I'm not an expert in all things, but wouldn't the fact that one is presently existing in any specific area make them subject to the jurisdiction of that specific area???

Im just an old HS drop out in Canada but im hooked on this stuff! I find it fascinating with the traffic charges, especially how much people in America get away with. In Canada, if you get a drunk driving charge, your license is GONE for a year! God help you if you're a repeat offender. Driving without a license, no insurance, no registration, your car is towed and your fines will bury you.

Obviously she is a head case, but I dont agree with them waiting for her because they know the owner of that car has a suspended license. They should not know that without putting her info in for a reason,. that system should not be used in order to give out more tickets. Serve and protect, and she was pulled over for reasons that did not involve the officers serving and protecting. Someone else could have been driving that car, and not the owner. Tickets should not ever be something involved with a quota, or considered a form of income for the local municipality, which results in a quota system being involved .

This sovcit lunacy has gotten out of hand. I just watched a vid today where the sovcit got himself killed on a traffic stop. He went through the standard nonsense about traveling not driving, he wasn't answering questions, etc. The officer had been through the routine before apparently and called for backup. The officer said he needed to get out of the car, opened the door and attempted to get him out of the car. The driver was packing heat and decided to pull his gun out. His car was surrounded by police at this point and things didn't end well. The guy died defending a position that has never held up in court.
