- A guide to the spongy behemoth enemy. I went pretty in depth with this one so sorry about the length. As always this is a guide with no breakers in mind. Only nero's core abilities.

Can confirm, got into DmC over the past couple of weeks and I did so many Streaks, Shuffles, and Caliburs in my DH playthrough that my left stick drifts now
DT stinger in dmc4 was my problem solver when i was like 12
Something I've noticed fighting this guy. If he digs in while you're in the air it seems like he will always get you when you land, no matter how long you stay up.

I believe it’s bingo. Nero likes to say this often and during cutscene too.

My favourite is when you grab a Scudo or Proto Angelo and he says "Shit yeah" while putting his knee on their head lol
Like his uncle Nero's talent is hitting things with a big sword, not wit and subtlety
Something I've learned from all of the enemies.
Keep blue rose loaded at all times. Use it as a stunner and not a combo extender.
And rebind it to shoulder button, where you could easily hold it independently of other buttons.
MiiNiPaa I just choose to mangle my fingers holding R1+Square, mashing triangle for combos, jumping and using devil bringer
Switching settings feels weird
@@zacc at the cost of my poor knuckles and finger joints, I've learned to control combos and attacks, and the entirety of the symbol buttons with my index finger's sides. Meaning I'll have my finger always split between triangle and x, and I'll use the side of my finger to press both.
My finger hurts permanently now
That buster animation seems to resemble a real life kill move for the crocodile

I love these videos, the amount of detail included is awesome, I feel the same way as Dysfunctional Dildo' s (yes) comment as I am far more interested in the properties and moveset of the enemies and get a bit crazy with it. And your vids teach that in the best way possible

Probably not, I dont really practice my dante so when I fight enemies I just wing it. Sorry about that.

I've been playing as Nero for ages now, but I still couldn't tell you what the difference is between Red Queen combo A and combo D
Combo D he slams the sword down and stuns enemies. Basically is a stun hit at the end if you wanna go for something simple.
D is A but better. At least more versatile
The final hit does an instant down on most foes without knocking them too far back
Great against the hell caina too as they wont get up, go berserk and counter
@@legendarydigitize2523 Caina can be grabed, held and bustered even in superarmor. Nero eats Cainas for breakfast.

dmc 5 gameplay with nero is way more easy than Dante or V, I can tell a lot enemies die really fast against Nero than Dante or V.
Capcom wants people to love Nero that bad that they even made the gameplay easier for him, and make the game way hard for Dante and V.
note: My comment is based in my opinion, don't take everythind I said as the absolute true.
Also, I hate Fury in this game.

@@conqvistguides7313 I do like his gameplay style, but I do like Dante more. And I miss the Bain Dead Combo Dante's Quicksilver + Super Sparda Costume from DMC3
I like Dante and Nero both but Dante is just more fun, Nero can do like 30 things while Dante can do a billion, he's a walking arsenal with different weapons both ranged and melee
And about enemies dying easily to Nero, in DMC4 it was actually the opposite, since you first go through the game as Nero and then you follow Nero's steps back as Dante and finish his work and clean up his messes, for me beating the bosses as Dante was way easier compared to Nero, which I thought was natural since Dante is stronger and more experienced than Nero

I never felt Nero doing more damage than Dante, but he is easier so maybe that's why you beat enemies more quickly?
Nero from Dmc4 was a little limited, so now they've balanced one thing ot two about both charachters.
