Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

there was a scenario like this a while back, Sheriff V Police again.
Deputy was speeding, had open booze in evidence bags in his vehicle, supposedly from a recent stop, guy in his back seat heading up to county jail, stopped by an officer who told him to get out of the vehicle, after thinking he smelled alcohol on his breath, (the guy in the back had tossed a "Travel" shot on the Deputy,) and he was having none of it, telling the officer to let him go drop off this guy, and was trying to tell him you can continue the stop at the jail if you feel so inclined, the officer told him step out of the vehicle you're under arrest for resisting an officer. And then the Deputy flipped the uno reverse and was like Well no, you're under arrest for resisting an officer and Obstruction, and started reading the officer his rights, and then he started yelling back stop resisting, and they just started reading their rights to each other before the deputy got out of his car and started man handling the officer, before things started to escalate too far, they were both on their radios calling for backup.
The ENTIRE thing was a shit show.

I have had guns pointed at my head on a number of occasions for simple traffic stops. Threatening the death penalty for a tail light out should be seen as ridiculous in a modern polite society...
Every time a person draws their weapon, they raise the minimum stakes to lethality. When the whole area has that ability, common sense becomes more prominent and pertinent.

The last guy who was in such a hurry to get to his family that he was so concerned about could have been on his way faster if he just submitted to the test rather than spend 10,000 years arguing with his supervisors over it. The USA needs to have a national register of law enforcement officers who have been fired, further we need to modify the immunity protections that appear to allow them to get away with unethical and unlawful behavior towards our citizenry.
I don't think so. All they seemed to have was that someone called him in as having swerved. That wouldn't be enough to get a warrant for a blood draw on any citizen and it appears the only reason he was required to was via insubordination since Im sure they have lower threshholds of when they have to submit to one since they have guns and a lot of authority at their disposal and are being held to a higher standard.

That one at the jail is absolutely bonkers: The Sheriff acting like a baby, the senior deputies and officers acting like middle school kids, and the most junior officers doing what they are told, while shaking their heads and saying “I can’t believe this is happening.”

That jail thing happened here too. There's a huge county with high crime and mismanaged city funds that shut down their jail 10+ years ago and was using our huge counties jail but not paying us to house their prisoners. Our jail became overrun and underfunded and that other county just kept taking advantage. Finally for the sake of the inmates and staff (they provided medical and meals and everything on our counties tax dime and filled about 70% of the jail spots for free) our jail finally started drawing a line. It went MUCH slower with LOTS of warning, but it happened.

Made all the worse by the fact that the cop that did the blocking in did so when it was purely a pissing contest, but was trying to move when the call came in to let the Deputy go help, and was then ordered by his SGT to not move that vehicle, with SGT doubling down even when being told the Deputy had an active call for service.
I am an Officer. I obviously like Law Enforcement and the service it provides to communities.
But let me tell you, if Im on the Cleveland city board or council or whatever they call themselves there, and I see this footage (go watch the full unedited vids of it btw, context only makes it so much worse, especially with the female cop straight up lying about the SO slamming the door in her face and having chatter over the radio about not letting any PD inside), I am the one thats calling for the whole PD to be disbanded and reaching out to the Sheriffs to contract services inside the city, on condition that no former PD Officers present for this pissing contest be hired on with the SO or whatever agency takes the PD's place.
And my proposal would call for that disbandment IMMEDIATELY, for the safety and protection of the citizens.

@@TalkingHands308 it could be that they knew of his problem of abuse , and tried to set him up for it. His refusing the test could just mean that he knew he was set up. Getting cops fired is actually hard for police stations, so setting them up is the beat and fastest way.
His test is going to come back positive for something . The captain and supervisor knew what time it was.
As a police officer I have been and still treated as I am because i stood up to and helped with the investigation of bad cops and deputies. Since I did this I now answer domestic calls, fights, and even done felony stops on my own because other officers and the sheriffs department won't back me up. I was raised that integrity comes first even if it means I walk alone. At the end of the day my duty is to the citizens I serve and protect not my job or coworkers. One thing I will say to you all is this. RECORD RECORD RECORD! Please record and see to it the bad apples are brought to attention so those of us who do uphold the integrity to you are not painted as part of the group.

Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

You don't even have to be a cop. I worked as a security guard for a few years and even though I'm now in an administrative role and don't have a uniform, I kept my badge and stick it on my backpack. Every time I've been pulled over (which, admittedly, is only 2-3 times since I've done this) their demeanor instantly changes to treating me like a person instead of a "subject" once they see it.
It's a weird psychological thing. So maybe go get yourself a security badge lol

I interacted with police twice while having those things in view and they brightened up asked me about who I knew and man it was like a charming conversation with a buddy from them on. Once they see you as on their side they change up real fast.

I caught 2 officers snorting cocain once when I rode up on my bicycle without them hearing me. I was riding my bicycle on a trail and noticed 2 patrol cars parked diagonal within a few inches from each orher. Being I know every officer. I stopped at the passenger side door as one of the officers was snorting a line using her clipboard.
They were quite surprised and even offered me a line. I declined and said I didn’t plan saying anything about what I saw. I haven’t since it happened until now. It’s been over 20 years ago. As for the AMPHETAMINES! So many in EMS, FIRE & POLICE take it to this day!
