Former NYPD investigator Louis Scarcella who was mentioned twice this video: as of September 2022, at least 20 people had their convictions vacated in his homicide cases, with more than 400 combined years of imprisonment, legal settlements have surpassed $100 million.

How is he not in jail? This is the type of sit that makes me hate our judicial system. I stay out of there way at all cost. Can you imagine knowing your innocent but no one elieves you but your family. Then 20 years later they realize they did make a mistake and release you. In there error they make you a millionaire. 20 urs of my life for a few million dollars. Not worth the trade. With that few million dollars you better believe I am gonna go after the Prosecutor and possibly the judge.

As of September 2022, at least 20 people had their convictions vacated in Scarcella's homicide cases, after more than 400 combined years of imprisonment, as the Kings County District Attorney's Office (Brooklyn DA) continued to review many of the detective's estimated 200 homicide investigations. Prosecutors and judges have explicitly cited evidence of his improper conduct, in criminal cases involving at least 12 convicted defendants, and legal settlements have surpassed $100 million. Nevertheless, Scarcella has consistently denied wrongdoing, and the statute of limitations has protected him from possible legal consequences.

you know who else needs to be punished and charged? the people who INTERFERE in other peoples lives, like at 19:35, and think they can decide whether a father can see their child or not, and INSANE wives who fkn OPENLY want to go out, tell random men how "evil" their husband is, then be used by the guys taking advantage of a sad wife by fking her and using her for sex while she thinks "hes such a good guy and cares about who i am", then they coach her into destroying her husband legally and taking away the kids, all because they want to secure some clueless woman into a life of her bending over whenever he wants. its the woman and the guys who OPENLY fkn someones wife, alongside with the court who should be charged and DESERVE what happened. look at those APES in the court. dude clearly said "this could have been prevented had you let me see my kid". humans are fkn wild animals. we have millions of years of evolution to want to protect our offspring and raise them and see them safe, however, society goes ENTIRELY AGAINST everything thats natural. if there was no society, there would be no "legally taking away your child" society and the circus that are courts, CORNERED a wild animal (humans are animals), and then fkn get mad and have the audacity to charge and blame the man for getting angry and taking matters upon his hands, and try to blame him while compltely ignoring the fact that they were responsible. Until our species stops this despicable behavior, murders will continue. in no way does it make sense nor has evolution of our DNA caught up to where we TRULY COMPREHEND that some group can decalre they have the audacity to prevent you from seeing your child, and then actually make it happen, and also try to lock you in a cell or force you to pay for the child you arent allowed to see. its fkn insane, its so insane that it drove a non killer insane to the point he became a killer.

fkn giving that woman only $386,000 for 15 years. fkn disgusting. why do people willingly get up and decide to go slave away at work and obey the laws of these fkn crooks anyway? they lock away someone for 15 years whos innocent, and despite getting FREE and essentially UNLIMITED money through taxpayers, and dont have to pay from their own pocket, theyre so fkn stingy they only gave her $386,000, because "hell no i aint about to sit here working my ass off for $100-200,000 a year and watch this bich woman receive millions of dollars for our mistake and be richer than most of us". Thats why theyre so fkn stingy. the thought of the common person getting millions even AFTER they were done wrong, fkn makes them nearly have a stroke. bet you they wanted to give her $1000 AT MOST but were forced to "settle" for $386,000. fk man our species deserves extinction no question about it

The flag in every court room is not the official flag of the country. We even had a judge who kept helping a known paedophile and got caught being a paedo himself. Don't forget about epstein, people. We are ruled by sick people who want to see the world burn.

you know who else needs to be punished and charged? the people who INTERFERE in other peoples lives, like at 19:35, and think they can decide whether a father can see their child or not, and INSANE wives who fkn OPENLY want to go out, tell random men how "evil" their husband is, then be used by the guys taking advantage of a sad wife by fking her and using her for sex while she thinks "hes such a good guy and cares about who i am", then they coach her into destroying her husband legally and taking away the kids, all because they want to secure some clueless woman into a life of her bending over whenever he wants. its the woman and the guys who OPENLY fkn someones wife, alongside with the court who should be charged and DESERVE what happened. look at those APES in the court. dude clearly said "this could have been prevented had you let me see my kid". humans are fkn wild animals. we have millions of years of evolution to want to protect our offspring and raise them and see them safe, however, society goes ENTIRELY AGAINST everything thats natural. if there was no society, there would be no "legally taking away your child" society and the circus that are courts, CORNERED a wild animal (humans are animals), and then fkn get mad and have the audacity to charge and blame the man for getting angry and taking matters upon his hands, and try to blame him while compltely ignoring the fact that they were responsible.

The two women convicted of torturing that toddler, that was one of the worst acts I have ever witnessed! Those women are disgusting!! That they would make such a scene, act victimized and make the case about themselves instead of that poor child was repulsive!!

The empathetic gender. Women are horrible: most child abuse if you exclude sex acts is done by women. They have no empathy.

That poor boy! Not only does he now have to live without his mother, sister and father. He has to live with knowing that his father took them away from him which is hard enough, without knowing that he also wanted him dead also and said he wasn’t sorry for his actions! And then ontop of all that trauma he made him go through the trail where he pretty much laughed in his face and made a spectacle of destroying his life! I hope that that amazing officer gives that poor boy the support and medical help because he truly is going to need it! 😞

Dude had been in jail for 25 years. Lost sense of how to live outside bars, forgot how to hold a steady job, forgot bills have to be paid and a roof under ones head has to be paid for monthly. Its like he told himself: At least in jail I have a rood under my head, a bed, free food, and no bills to pay.
Dude made sure the next time he went to jail it would be for good.

you know who else needs to be punished and charged? the people who INTERFERE in other peoples lives, like at 19:35, and think they can decide whether a father can see their child or not, and INSANE wives who fkn OPENLY want to go out, tell random men how "evil" their husband is, then be used by the guys taking advantage of a sad wife by fking her and using her for sex while she thinks "hes such a good guy and cares about who i am", then they coach her into destroying her husband legally and taking away the kids, all because they want to secure some clueless woman into a life of her bending over whenever he wants. its the woman and the guys who OPENLY fkn someones wife, alongside with the court who should be charged and DESERVE what happened. look at those APES in the court. dude clearly said "this could have been prevented had you let me see my kid". humans are fkn wild animals. we have millions of years of evolution to want to protect our offspring and raise them and see them safe, however, society goes ENTIRELY AGAINST everything thats natural. if there was no society, there would be no "legally taking away your child" society and the circus that are courts, CORNERED a wild animal (humans are animals), and then fkn get mad and have the audacity to charge and blame the man for getting angry and taking matters upon his hands, and try to blame him while compltely ignoring the fact that they were responsible.
