Hi Harris, recently found your videos and was pleased that I did. I am also a maker of 1/12th scale furniture but I follow old masters rather than design myself. Charles Rennie Macintosh is one of my favourites but also some American makers around the same time. I have a large part of the Proxxon catalogue in my workshop but have always used the machines traditionally. I like your jigs & fixtures for the machines and propose to copy you (after Army service I trained as a jigs & fixture draughtsman). Not for my miniature furniture, I have graduated to CNC for that aspect of my hobbies, but for small trinket boxes using finger joints in selected hard woods. The boxes will include miniature relief carving done on the CNC

I would like to get started with cnc but it is difficult to find room for another machine. I am very happy with my new Side Cutter System, it works far beyond what I expected and is very easy to make.

I buy the aluminum profiles here www.matronics.dk/kategori/mekanik/profil-system/2020/produkt/serie-20-2040 but they can buy many other places, just search for 2040 aluminum profiles. I find screws and other small things on AliExpres.

How many cm is the 20x40 aluminum length?

The piece I use is 50 cm but that's because that's what I had, 40 or 60 cm would have been fine too.
