Hello again, The sled is becoming very sophisticated I really like the accuracy again. I am, at present, working on a very old caste iron, table saw, bringing it into the 21st century. Is your saw mounted on a turntable base? The round piece under it has me wondering! I just received my first Proxxon FET last week (I live about an hour away from their US headquarters), and I have to say it really exceeded my expectations! My satisfaction was so great that within days I ordered the TBM115 drill press and KGS80 miter saw (and spare drive belts for all three machines). Your channel was the thing that nudged me into ordering the FET after months of deciding between it, the Micro Mark, or the Jim Byrnes saw. They each have something that I don’t like, but what you’ve shown the Proxxon capable of doing sold me on it! Thanks for your excellent videos! Please keep them coming!
Thank you for your comment. The round turntable is made for linoleum cuts, but I also use it when I make videos, the saw is usually on a table in the workshop where it is clamped. You will probably be happy with the saw, but make a Cros Cut Sled, it makes use so much better.

Sind diese Profile 20 x 40 und 20 x 20 mm? Das Winkelprofil dementsprechend 50 x 20 mm?

Thank you for your comment. My measurements are 20 x 40, 20 x 20, and 30 x 20 but 50 x 20 can also be used. Most of it is very easy to make, but the wooden block is difficult, I had to make 5 before I made one that fit exactly. Good luck with your work.

One question: Why did you make a groove in the wooden block? Is that a guide groove for the aluminum rail?
Thanks for your comment, there doesn't need to be a groove but it helps to catch sawdust between the two strips which are hardwood which I give a little wax

again, you could remove a 45° chamfer at the left of the sled to use the sled even if the blade is at any angle.
Yes it will be the next step. My plan is that there should be two options for sawing at angles, vertically by angling the saw blade and horizontally with an angle stop mounted on the guide rail.
This extension is a great idea. Which profiles did you use for the Slide Cutting Sledge?

Standard 20 x 20 mm and 20 x 40 mm aluminum profiles, it can all be made for 15-20 €
