- Proxxon FET Setting up and testing The Saw blade. After some surprises during unpacking, I have now reviewed the saw and think it is as expected, so here is the first test of the saw blade. I still think Fence is too bad but since I do not use it very often it can be accepted. Now I have a new saw and the old one can go to spare parts.

really like the table sled , good imformation. chinese proverb ..> ONE PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS GOOD LUCK ..JACK .FROM THE U.K
I'm having trouble changing the blade. It say insert an alen key into a hole but not sure which hole. Any ideas?
Waiting on mine to arrive (they're on backorder everywhere). Can't wait to use some of your plans to make it better!
Thank you very much, I hope you get it soon
So crazy !
I removed the orange flip guard too. Can't do a thin rip with it in place. Just when you need safety most!! Cut the splitter off at just below blade height, so I can still run it with & without sled.
Yes, it is strange that Proxxon makes a saw that is especially good for small things and then it provides equipment that can only be used for larger items. If Proxxon really wanted to make something that could be used, they would have to start making a Cross Cut Sled
Proxxon might start thinking to produce same cross cut sled 😊
It could be a good deal for them if they just do it right and set the price reasonable.
Incroyablement débrouillard. Merci monsieur.
Thank you very much for your comment
Хорошее, позновательное видео!
Спасибо
If Proxxon could take their engineering and produce table saws that are larger such as job site sized saws with accessories they could really become a major player in the market.
Thanks for your comment, I agree but it would also require that prices were lowered.

The saws they produce would not need to be that much larger just some design and engineering with larger table frame and so on.
It would not cost them that much more money to produce such a saw. If they produced a Jobsite sized saw they could sell it for $100 to $150 extra and give people the ability to have a larger saw for their workshops.
There is a large market in the middle where there is no quality and everything is very shaky and poorly designed with tolerances being very low. Anybody who can figure out how to service that market place at a reasonable cost is onto a winner.
Yes it should be possible but unfortunately it is not my impression that they are interested in customer wishes. I have sometimes sent them suggestions for improvements but have never received a response. I myself have considered immersing the saw in my work table to make it easier to saw larger plates.
