    My favorite band of that era. Great songs, and Ross Childress was just about the only guitarist in a high profile band in the 90s who was still flying the flag for shred guitar, though he rarely showed it within the context of CS.

    • @markyboo
      @markyboo 9 лет назад +10

      Speaking of guitarists, this footage of CS annoys me because the camera spends more time on Dean than Ross. Dean was a fifth wheel in the band, only there because he's Ed's brother. He didn't write anything, his playing is buried in the mix (sometimes he's straight up miming playing) and he doesn't even provide backing vocals. It wouldn't surprise me if he didn't play on any of the recordings.

They became my favorite band for the 90's but I have to admit, I didn't, in the beginning know many of the songs of there's played on the radio was even them. Until I started to seriously investigate and buying their albums. I used to get them and candlebox mixed up big time when they both had come out about the same time.
