Nice illustrated of the Voice we all have. Well done St.Florianer.
Zuerst dacht ich: Was soll der Scheiß? Aber dann überlegte ich, welchen Denkanstoß Ihr zur menschlichen Stimme geben wollt, was man so alles damit anstellen kann!
Aber am liebsten hör ich doch, was Ihr Florianer damit fertig bringt. Und da sind Euere Stimmen ein echter Trost in diesen düsteren Zeiten, die mich an die furchtbaren Jahre 1944/1945 in meiner Kindheit erinnern. Ein gutes neues Jahr wünsche ich bei Euerer Chorarbeit! Lasst Euere Stimmen erklingen zur Ehre Gottes und zur Freude der Menschen!
What on Earth does this have to do with the choir.? With music? It looks like a commercial for a news agency capturing the year’s end. I would like to see the choir, I was excited to see a new post but utterly confused by the content. Goodness just post an old concert recap or something. I mean no offense I adore the choir but don’t understand this at all
Thanks for your comment. The human voice in all its facets, parenthetical and taken for granted. We would like to focus on exactly these, even if only at the end of the year. Voice moves, creates and touches. Make something of it!
I guess this video was supposed to be a thought-provoking impulse (especially after a year of being discouraged from singing for health reasons). Maybe the management of the Floriane Sängerknaben did not anticipate that some members of their audience were actually too lazy to think for themselves…
Aber nur so nebenbei, als Werbespot zur Erhöhung der Wahlbeteiligung könnte man dieses Projekt auch einsetzen… Stimme - mach was draus…
@ I do want you to know that I meant no disrespect to the choir or it's management. I have been a fan for too long for that. Perhaps, this was just a difficult year and the video was a tad stark and I failed to discern the point. I look forward to long years of buying cds and enjoying the choir.
