My biggest tip is have a mental health professional of some kind and/or a person in your life who you really trust and can be completely honest with to be on standby to listen and be there for you on bad days especially while you're in Montreal. Also pick out an uplifting tv show/ several movies you want to stream before you go... you'll be bored and stuck in bed for a while and need something to take your mind off of things.
