It's a bit odd hearing its excellent and phenomenal right after hearing how there's buildup and multiple points of urination.

Good to hear from you. And thank you for sharing your video. Sorry to hear that you are enduring so much with your lower urinary tract system. I am two year post op and like you, I too had immediate urinary complications. Different genitalia, but urinary related. I’ve had to go through numerous revisions also and still am having to adjust to my new anatomy. We take things for granted in life, like peeing. Truthfully for me personally, I was happier before getting the surgery. Now that I am post op there is so much aftercare and maintenance involved. It has been a major adjustment for me and I’m still adjusting to my new anatomy as we speak. Looking back, I wish I had the information and resources from other trans folks who had undergone the surgery. I went in blind and didn’t ask as much questions as I should have. Like you said in your video, bottom surgery is no walk in the park and one has to really think really hard before making an irreversible decision. I can say from all of this that I am truly blessed to be living my authentic life and I know that I am fully complete. FYI, just from watching other RUclips videos of men who’ve had phalloplasty complications. Dr. Dmitriy Nikolavsky from Syracuse, New York came highly recommended. Just in case you needed to get a second opinion. I wish you all the best, a speedy recovery and best of luck moving forward with completing and finalizing your surgery. God Bless You! 😊❤️😘

Thank you for making these videos. I have top surgery scheduled with dr McLean in Oct. I hope you're doing well. I never heard anyone talk about hair removal before stage 2. Since I'll be going to Montreal eventually it's been so great hearing your experiences.

Sorry to hear of your complications. Keep talking with your doctor. If you pinch off the secondary urine outlets do you get more from your penis? Pushing more urine through your urethra may help flush out the bacteria that are causing a problem. But what do I know? Bug your doctor if you need to in order to get their advice. You paid for their expertise.

I've watched all of your phallo videos, but I wasn't familiar with them doing urethroplasty separately in stage 2?
For some reason, I thought they did the urethroplasty the same way the US surgeons do (with the exception of Burli I belive and complete it in the phallus in stage 1.
Either way, it was great to hear an update from you. Have you found the Montreal clinic to be responsive when you have concerns?

Is there any other guys you follow on RUclips that have gone to Montreal that you could share their channel? I'll be going to Montreal next year so very much want to hear others experiences. I was also wondering why the surgery was different from all the other guys that have made videos. Thanks

Isn't it better to just be happy as the person Nature wanted you to be? I feel sad that when your female nature begins to cry out when you hit 30 and that men and women are different biologically in a way you cannot ever overcome. Surgery is not affirming.

@@paulaharrisbaca4851why should someone have to live their life unhappily and have the potential to not see a future for themself as their born gender? If they thrive in life after transitioning then it surely can be beneficial for people!
