Just got back from little vaca in TN and happy to say; while I wasn't trying to lose weight during a vacation, I was only trying to enjoy my vacation and always come back to my KISS meals, after anytime I was wasn't having one. I actually come back home .6 pounds lighter than when I left. A true testament to everything I learned during your program.

3. I think #3 is my biggest struggle. Somewhere along the line, I became so fearful of malnutrition that I'd eat when I thought I should and not because I should. I didn't avoid eating. Instead, I'd eat because a set amount of time had gone by without eating and I'd eat even if I didn't feel hungry. I recall after switching to a plant-based diet and noticing the first time I felt true hunger again. I realized I hadn't felt that in a long time. I didn't realize how much I was still struggling with this until I watched this video. Knowing and doing aren't the same thing. Thank you for this video.
This is all so true for me! My down fall is that 4 o’clock hour! I usually don’t eat much during the day and always push eating away. My thing is that I’m so busy at work and don’t take a minute to heat food up but maybe I’ll set some fruit at my desk instead when I can’t step away? 🤔 3!!
Except when you have a family you kind of need to have a dinner time and meal times because you need to sit down and eat together for a time that suits the whole family. But may not suit everybody’s hunger cues. This is where I find intuitive eating to be hard. It’s fine to say that if you’re hungry at 4pm then eat your dinner but you might be busy cooking the family dinner or doing stuff with the kids or if I’m doing so, you don’t get to have your meal as a family. I struggle with this. Need a video on how to eat intuitively when you also need structure as a family.
I am still counting calories 😬 but trying to listen more to my hunger cues. This is definitely a learning curve for most of us I am sure. We are taught to count calories until we are blue in the face. What I have learned is if we do get hungry then just eat something healthy like a piece of fruit that should not be an excuse to grab a bag of chips. Fortunately I am pretty disciplined so if I do get hungry I grab a few grapes or air fry some veggies. Sometimes all it takes is eating more starch solution foods, I eat steel cut oatmeal most days with fruit but found I was getting hungry so I increased my oatmeal just a tad and that did the trick, so I did listen to my hunger cues and realized I was not eating enough. Great video you are such a great speaker , really good at breaking everything down.
3- I have been eating this way for 9 months, the past 2 I "fell off the wagon ", still vegan but added in some processed junk. The scale has not moved. It is all about consistency. I have to get back to consistent eating habits. I finally am recognizing and honoring hunger fullness cues, now to make the right choices of food. I love your videos, and thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us.
You are a true insider of health and weight lose! Kudos to your teaching here! I am so enlightened by your program! I wish I could have your articulation so that I can educate my husband who is so unsalable on eating🤣. I am starting my mindset immediately!
I binged this weekend, on all of your videos 😜 You’re great and you have such a brilliant way of presenting all of this. Fortunately I work from home so if I’m hungry at 11am, then when possible I have my lunch at 11am - instead of having a snack. The same with dinner, if I’m hungry at 4pm, I have my dinner at 4pm. I like to stop eating before 7 (much earlier if I can) anyway.
Makes so much sense. My problem time is evening. I feel like I need to go to bed when my kids do so I won't eat! Wishing I could join your program but I unfortunately don't have the funds for it. You sound like you could really help me though. Oh and 3!
3! For me, I’m great until I get home at 530 and have to prepare dinner. Then the chips come out, etc. I’m starving and tell myself a little is ok. But it’s s slippery slope. If I eat something nutritious before I leave work that helps a lot. I just have to remind myself. Thank you for the inspiring videos.
My biggest issue is the vegan Mayo at the moment which doesn’t help. It’s hard once you start!! However have lost 17kg just eating potatoes and veggies since Jan! Feeling great. I appreciate your videos 😘💚🥔
I'm SO scared to stop counting calories. It's so toxic. Without I would eat way too less (especailly on a plantbased diet) but with couting I'm not eating food, I'm just eating numbers :( urg, can't stop this cicle (since 10 years)
I know I am constantly counting points {weight watchers} I can relate :( I don’t know how to stop the cycle either! If I don’t count points I may go over or under same scenario as counting calories oh my!!!!!} 15 plus year cycle

Number 3 is so true - I have eaten between 3.30/4pm but just say oh well early tea, sweet potato and huge salad and perhaps small bowl oats 7pm
