    I ate salad for dinner, so there was quite a bunch of them: tomato, corn, lettuce, carrot, pepper, parsley. I also added cheese, onigiri, garlic sauce and soy sauce. It was a small portion but I'm surprisingly satisfied.

    Cucumber 😊 thank you again for excellent teaching Emmie. As a 60 year old I am learning tons still😅i eat fast and know its so important to slow down. My question to you is...i think my rushing issue is based on eating whilst hot. How can i change my mindset about this? All the best from 🇬🇧 x

    Corn, carrots, red leaf lettuce. (Made w/ rice and carrots, broth) Will be making rice w/ carrots/ peas and then veggie soup. The trick to what Emmie is saying is to SLOW DOWN, enjoy yourself, and be thankful.

    Im a Muslim, prophet Muhammad taught us to chew the food 44 times before we swallow it. Maybe this is reminder for me to be consistent with this practice

      Remember you’re just an animal too. An animal with advanced cognitive abilities, but still an animal. And you’re allowed to want your own meal time. If you have your rat out a lot, im sure he’ll be fine spending half an hour away from you 2-3 times a day so you can enjoy a meal. If u have the ability to, it could be nice to go outside, take a little walk even, have some lunch on a bench or listen to some music on a curb. You’re an animal who needs time with your food to understand that you’re being fed adequately. If you do that for your rat, you should do it for yourself too
