It is the reposition hoop! I have the the machine that is the5X7 and the ULT 2001 best work horses! I took classes on how to divide the BIG embroidery designs from Embroidery Designs .com and put them back together with both hoops for theses machines! I’m a selfie taught sewer! I use ! use Embird Software
I do lots of towels and never thought or tried to do it without any stabilizer... may have to try it 😃... I also use WSS on top all my towels... My machine doesn’t have a repositional hoop option... I run a Janome MC230E 🥰
@@adubbproductions I think it’s all personal preference :) that’s the fun thing about embroidery! Also I like how you show matter what size machine you have you can make awesome stuff!! My hoop is only 5.5x5.5 so it’s a pain sometimes!
I know you did this video 2 years ago using pe-800. I'm going to be using a pe-770 that doesn't come with software. Is there any way I can create design like what's on your hoodie with having to purchase software. I'm trying to put the core logo on a shirt along with other things.

Do you have any tips on how to put the bobbin in the brother pe800 so that the bobbin thread doesn’t come through at the top of the fabric? I’ve been having this problem for a while now and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Thanks!

I don’t think free digitizing software exists. Maybe trails but none of them are free. Well none that I know of and if they are free I bet the functions are extremely limited.
If it’s a client’s garment you have to take all the stitches out then redo it. To avoid that tedious work I don’t embroider on any garment till I’ve tested out the design and I’m sure I’ve limited the possibility of me running into issues. But on these videos as you can see I do it on the fly and in most cases it just works out.

Sorry yes tear away. I use cut away for shirts.

Thanks for the video. Have you purchased/use the magnetic hoops? Get the off brand ones on Amazon. Works great for thicker materials like the towel.

Does anyone know why my screen says “always press when removing embroidery unit” it will not allow me to click anything on the display screen
Because it locks everything while your removing your hoop to avoid mistakes

The standard needle that came with the machine. 75/11 and I did not adjust the tension on the machine I went with factory settings.

When you mess up on embroidering how do you correct it and redo the job.
If it’s a client’s garment you have to take all the stitches out then redo it. To avoid that tedious work I don’t embroider on any garment till I’ve tested out the design and I’m sure I’ve limited the possibility of me running into issues. But on these videos as you can see I do it on the fly and in most cases it just works out.
Also, remove your stitches from the back first then lift them off the front. Some people invest in a Peggy razor. I got mine on Amazon
