I visited Summerlin in 1998 and regretted not buying a property there during the recession.
Thank you for watching! It's not too late. People will be saying the same thing 20 years from now. Summerlin still has another 20 years of build-out left.
You didn’t mention the high LID/SID and HOA costs.
Thank you for watching, Roger! Most homes in the villages/communities I discussed in this video, the SID/LID has been paid off since the homes are 20+ years old. However, in the newer Summerlin villages the SID/LID can be pricey along with the HOA fees.
And the prices are to high I rent in Summerlin
