Great video indeed! A must watch for all thinking of purchasing here. Things I wish I knew 6 yrs ago lol. Hope your video goes viral!
Thank you! I really appreciate the support
One of the best it’s not the best video for anybody that wants to buy in Las Vegas…🇺🇸🙏👍⭐️❤️
I appreciate the kind words! Glad its helpful.
This is super helpful. I've been thinking of buying new in Vegas but all the random fees you hear about scare me. Spec home seems to be the way to go, i love an all in cost
Spec homes have become increasingly attractive, and the contract to close time is a lot more manageable. Which builders have you checked out?
Excellent video and very educational
Thank you so much!
👍
Do you have to be part of an HOA? Can you refuse to be part of one or will they refuse to sell to you if you don't want to be part of one?
If the house you’re buying is in an HOA then you have to agree to be a part of it to move forward. There are definitely a good amount of homes in Vegas that aren’t in an HOA even though most are these days
2 HOA’S 😓
Yeah it can definitely be pricey to live in a master planned community - BUT - the amenities are generally very nice
Yes I have 2. Masters and sub association.
Don't just don't.
Why do you say that?
Homes are overpriced. Plus, they are made out of cheap materials. And the people that are moving to Las Vegas are way too rowdy.
lol. this guys says nothing about the specs on new homes being built. insulation? sheathing? insulated foundation? who wants an HOA to tack on the $$$$$ of a sfh. bad enough with condos and townhomes.
Each builder handles those items differently - some even make better insulation an upgrade. Wouldn’t make sense to cover specific items like that across 20 builders for a 10 minute video lol. This is an intro for those interested in new builds. If you’d like that info on a specific builder then feel free to reach out and I can get it for you
@@GershonVegas "lol" no just put these general points out for people to look for. it's more important than granite or quartz. ""lol""
