    INGREDIENTS
    ------------------
    DRY:
    120g almond flour
    Or
    120g of nut/seed flour of your choice
    Or
    80g coconut flour
    *
    *
    20g psyllium husk
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    A pinch of salt
    1 tsp Instant yeast (the one you can add directly to the dough without activation)
    WET:
    1/2 tbsp oil (I use olive oil)
    1 tsp vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
    1 cup Hot water (you only need slightly over ½ cup)
    GARLIC INFUSED OIL:
    Finely chopped garlic (amount based on your preference)
    Fresh parsley
    Olive oil
    50-60g gratable vegan cheese (cheddar and smoked cheese both work great!)
    DIRECTIONS
    ----------------
    1. Place all DRY ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
    2. Mix vinegar and hot water in a cup.
    3. Pour the hot liquid into the DRY ingredients (A small amount of liquid at a time! You most likely only need slightly over ½ cup. Coconut flour dough may need a bit more). Spend a few minutes mixing/kneading the dough till it’s moist and smooth.
    4. Cover and rest the dough for 15 minutes
    5. Roll out the dough on a flat surface till it reaches a similar thickness of thin crust pizza. Use a dough cutter or knife to tidy up the edges.
    6. Brush the GARLIC INFUSED OIL on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    7. Bake in a 200C/400F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or till the bread is golden brown.
    8. Brush with the remaining garlic oil and enjoy!
