Thank you! As I'm not vegan, I made it with paneer/spinach/mushroom/cauliflower curry filling. My oven is hot, so 50 min at 175 C was more than enough. I am NOT a baker but on keto, I miss flatbreads and buns. I've been making fathead style doughs, but this recipe gives me hope for more dough making in the future! Hi there. I just started to watch your videos and I love them, because I am also vegan and doing Keto as well. The only thing that I would recommend is, if you are going to use tomatoes and peppers in your recipe, please remove tha skin and seeds so it would be more edible. There seems to be leptin in the skin and seeds that will hurt your digestive system. If you want to know more information about that and about beans and how to properly cook them so they will not hurt your gut. I recommend you to take a listen to what Dr. Gondry has suggested about such things. The reason I suggest it, is because you have a wonderful recipe I wanted to try and you used lupin flour. That flour is made from beans and I am not sure if it has leptins that will hurt the digestive tract. Still I love your videos and will be giving them a go at it. Also before I go. In order for turmeric to be absorbed by the body you must combine with ground black pepper. Otherwise it's benefits would just be wasted. Once again love your show. Congrats on your success, Happy new year and please take care and stay safe.
@@juliafusco6430 yes, that is correct. Beans should be soaked overnight and cooked in a pressure cooker. My issue is with lupin flour. Does it still have the lectins after using in a dough recipe?

I lobbed a snow ball close to her 3 yr old son. "Mommy, can I throw a snowball at him?" She was in the process of telling him that it was totally beneath them, when I landed a wet one right between her eyes. And while she was scraping it off her face, her son came running at me with a snowball squealing with laughter. I pretended to be helpless: "Don't you come running at me with a snow ball. Don't you throw it as me. Oh no, you got me." He went running back "Mommy I got him good." She glared at me. I stuck out my tongue, and started building a solid snow ball. She got in her car really fast. It has been a really good day. I will make your stuffed bread tonight.

I have a rule that I never expect to be able to duplicate the exact result on the first attempt. This way I keep motivated and If for any reason I get it right I am so happy. I used to make 'bieroks'--buns stuffed with a cabbage/hamburger mixture, my kids loved for their lunches about 25 years ago, haha. We made the recipe, and it was delicious. We made vegan sour cream, and spread it on the top of the pockets, and added extra feeling on top of the vegan sour cream. It was doubly delicious.

Wholefood earth coconut flour on Amazon is 10g carbs 3 sugars. 👍🏻 My fave one is Sevenhills but its a lot higher, 29 or something.
