  • The final race in the Belgium Christmas cyclocross series saw me back on the start line with the best cyclocross racers in the world and tackling the brutal course at the Sven Nys cyclocross academy. I 100% got my back side handed to me in this race and the Sven Nys cyclocross course is probably the hardest race I have ever taken part in, but what an experience racing the best cyclocross racers in the world.
I hope you have enjoyed the series on Belgium cyclocross races and please do like and subscribe for the start of the cyclocross season.

"You do not know where to point your wheel." lol, completely agree. I'm watching this like... how are you supposed to ride that?! Difficult course and even more difficult conditions.

When you watch youre videos you are going realy fast. Only when they overtake you like Tom, then there is a huge difference. And when you only see Tom or one of the others in the top 5 it looks realy easy. But it is realy hard. Great video's, Thank you.

You don’t realise just how fast they are until they come flying past you, it’s super impressive and they make it look effortless 😅

Good racing there! Looked absolutely too thick to ride through on your video. Really shows the difference in what we see on TV because yeah, they make it look so easy.

The tv coverage really doesn’t do it justice… I recall one section being so deep my disc rotor was nearly in it 😂

Hey George nice series of videos showing your Belgium tour! I was wondering, how hard was it to do all the logistics ect? I'm thinking of trying to do a similar trip over xmas period. Cheers

It wasn’t too bad we stayed in a fairly central location so all races were within an hours drive… the big problem is you don’t know if you are excepted to the race until 48 hours before 😅 they select off UCI points so if you have some you will get in but if you don’t you just have to hope the field isn’t full (however I got into all the uci races except Diegem) the hardest part was knowing where to go for sign on etc as it was normally in a different location to the course.
If you are planning on racing non UCI races you will get in but it’s the same process you don’t find out until 48h before 👌
This is a bit of a long message but I think you have to except that your first time is a bit of a learning curve and can be stressful but I can definitely recommend it.
If you have any other questions ping me a message 👌

Sorry, did you just say you got pulled off by Tom Pidcock?? Surely the UCI has banned that sort of behaviour! 😁
