    I hit max HR, and got a cramp in my right calf by watching this. Holy Tubeless sealant that was some serious choppin’

    Well done Giorgio🎉. That did look brutal. Cam M was certainly on form.

    The power numbers really puts it into perspective. As someone who only rides on the road it's hard to imagine just how much effort it takes in these races, seeing the numbers helps. Good effort!

      🙌 it’s certainly a bit different to racing on the road, when you roll out nice and chilled 90% of the time… I sometimes wish it was the same in CX 😂

    Thanks for your two videos. More entertaining and a better idea of the course than watching the entire BC live broadcast on the day🙂

    Insane power and mental fortitude at the start Giorgio 🙏🙏🚀🚀 800-1000W on multiple occasions - and then loads of 400-600💪🥵. Massive respect ✊ for staying in the Front Group for as long as you did ! The equivalent of trying to sprint at top class marathon pace for more than 2mins !!

    • @GiorgioCoppolaCycling
      @GiorgioCoppolaCycling  9 месяцев назад

      It was great fun being in the mix but the numbers required are way beyond what I will ever be capable of but it’s always fun seeing what the body is capable of 😅 although it did hurt a lot 😂

    The start was amazing. You were flying along with the top group for ages. It might not help the final position, but it has to be more fun going out and smashing it with them at the start than riding conservative and just watching them disappear until the monster Mason comes past and 80%s you.
    Love the commentary, love the honesty, keep it up.

    Obviously not the result you were hoping for but that start was unbelievable. Cameron Mason's speed was super human and to think he gets dropped by the likes of Iserbyt and MVDP. Really fun to see the race though from your perspective. Thanks for the show.

    Very entertaining and funny film mate.
    So you'll be debriefing your race and season now? Once the emotion has shut up it's time to appraise what happened and how to improve as well as what was top quality chopping in league races😂
    Few of us are going to podium in national events but us mortals can always find improvements; yours from the race was likely the little banks you failed on , after all you've improved other areas and get better results as a consequence. The little banks need a bit of attitude as much as strength quite often.
    You've obviously got more to give and with a bit of work will podium regularly next season.
    Your vids have been pretty educational in a quirky way as well as being amusing.
    🙂

      I think my body is still recovering from the illness as I definitely don’t feel as fit as I was. The 80% rule hardly ever works when the leaders are doing such fast laps 😅
