Amazing Race!!! I wish that WVA continued his sprint instead of slowing down to let MVDP lead out as he made the left hander onto the final few hundred meters!!! GREAT Competetive Race Regardless!!
He didnt want to lead out MVDP. Honestly I think the consensus is that MDVP just had the legs on WVA, WVA reacts pretty much instantly but he cant get to that wheel in the next 50m. On another day I think he could have closed that gap but MDVP sprinted like a man possessed.
I wonder if Wout could have beaten him if he had started sprinting from the top of the steps. We’ll never know.
WVA should have NOT competitors the weekend prior. MVDP was well rested, it showed with that burst.
