    SUMMARY:
    1.remove high calorie dense foods(eg.nuts, peanut butter) have vegetables.
    2. increase your protein intake
    3. smaller spoon. use it everytime.
    4. have tons of water.
    5. Black coffee. (occasionally, diet sodas)
    6. Intermittent fasting.
    7. choose your carbs sources correctly, prefer complex carbs over simple.
    8. chewing gum
    9. don't drink your calories.eg. milk.
    10. 10min walk.

    6) increase water intake and its important for weight loss.. if u want to loss weight.. Increase water intake ( 4-5L)

    1) 10 minutes walk : after every meal..walk for 10 min
    5 meals k liye 5 baar 10 mins walk

    Also,. Try cooking chicken breast with Piripiri mix like the one you already posted.. BUT with spinach in middle and rolling the chicken breast like your expert friend..(forgot his name) and grate some regular processed cheese on top ✌🏼✌🏼
    Spinach or beet root greens would be fine as well

      I advise 30 min before workout coz then u can use the caffeine content in the green tea as a pre workout but the caffeine content is less in green tea compared to coffee

      200 to 300 minus your maintenance calories. (Calorie Deficit)
      How many months you should cut? Depends on you body fat percentage goal. Your abs will be visible when your body fat is between 11-13%. Measure your maintenance calories and body fat percentage. Set a Goal. Maintain Calorie deficit diet, decrease your BF%.

    3. Use smaller utensils, they make you feel fuller
    Bonus: I think it works with small pieces also
    4. Increase Water intake: keep a bottle of water handy, there ain't any side-effects of water lol
    5. Take black coffee. It increases metabolism, and gives you a filling feeling.. If you're caffeine sensetive, you can use diet sodas, but don't take too much of them.
    6. Use intermittent fasting, it satisfies your appetite without eating much, it also regulates insulin and metabolism..
    7. Replace simple carbs with complex carbs
    8. Eat Chewing gums, it'll keep your mouth busy, hehe
    9. Don't drink calories.. like shakes and milk
    10. Take a 10-minute walk after every meal of your day..
    Yep that's all..

      @@ashrafansari6219 it's better u don't think about that and just workout coz calories burnt while doing weights is very less however ur body will burn calories even while resting at home on a sofa if u did proper weight training and answer to ur question is u can track by using a smart watch but it's not worth it in terms of both time and money.

      Its safe until u are drinking enough water...coz it stores water into muscle so you need to drink mpre water atleast 1.2 galloo
