    Keep it up 🔥💯Life style changes is key to weight loss with both mental and physical health improvements. Now having lost 50kg/ 100lbs in 5 months I am starting to feel a lot more like myself. Still on my journey and happy about it. Water fasting played a big part in my weight loss

    I am also lean all the time and even during pregnancy i gained only 9kgs and after delivery automatically reduced 2kgs but post delivery I have put on some weight due to eating a lot and i cant cut down as i am breastfeeding and my baby is 4months now and i am thinking to do diet only after 5months so that it cant affect my breastfeeding but i will surely start exercise as you showed, thank you so much for keeping this video short simple and very realistic 😊

    Di my baby is 8 month old..avi tak toh mein itna strictly sugar n namkeen avoid nhi kr payi jeise apne kia ..walk v kr rhi hu 40 min but pet bilkul kam nhi ho rha h..avi try karu toh effect hoga kya with 1 hr walking

      Main expert to nahi hoon but mujhe lagta hai k aap bina bhule roz fast walk karoge aur sath mein sugar and packed khane mein control karoge to weight kam ho jayega. Maine bas wajan kam hone tak sugar and packed food band kiya tham.uske baad khane start kiya.

    Is having rice in afternoon like we south indians do, can be included in diet?

      What kind of diet? I mean for losing weight? As I mentioned, I didn't cut down on my food quantity because I had to feed my son. Rice was a part of my diet.
