    My mom has been working so hard for a couple of years to get rid of the mommy tummy and it still won't go away. She looks AMAZING for a 55 year old and compared to her peers! She is thin and petite in size, and looks slim everywhere on her body except her tummy. I think I will share this with her. Who knows, maybe she will succeed in losing that 31 year old baby caused lose tummy. 🥰

    I gave birth to my second child 3 years ago and had back to back pregnancies. I never had time to heal from the first pregnancy. I have lost over 70lbs in two years BUT the lower mid drift just doesnt seem to go away. This video is so on point and i cant wait to hit the gym after work today to try this. Im losing weight from arms, bust, legs and butt bow i want to see tummy results. Thank you so mich for the honesty and all the useful info!!

    Thank you for admitting that the skin will stay loose no matter what you do (besides a tummy tuck). I'm tired of seeing celebrities who won't reveal they had surgery and we wonder what we are doing wrong no matter how many ab exercises we do.

      My skin tightened back after 3 pregnancies. It did take up to 9-10 months. I think it's mostly genetics.

      For me it really based on our skin elasticity. Not everyone has the same skin elasticity just like the others.

      Mimi Cutie thank you so much.. I have a 3 days old babyboy but I have two boys before that. Got a sag with the last so I wanted to do something different with this one. Will try your way and see for any difference. He's breastfeeding so that should help also.

    who else is just getting to the video now?just me? am a mum and been doing all sorts of ...and nothing has worked so far.my stomach reduces in size but its still buggy.it gets me so annoyed. I feel so bad in my dresses. two of my fingers got in. so I will be going on a thirty day challenge to see if it works.I pray it does.thanks for the video.

    oh my god i didnt know this... i had a myomectomy with a 17 inch tumor resulting into hysterectomy (removal of uterus) at age 25 and after that, i had very big tummy like i had a postpartum delivery.. everybody asks me mistakenly if i just deliver a baby or am i pregnant.. but thanks to this info and now I know what i will do first to reduce my belly fat.

    Wow! This is my second delivery and I actually have diastasis recti!!!! 3 fingers wide! Thanks to the “finger test”
    Now I understand why the exercise I have been doing isn’t working😌

    I gave birth 3 times and waiting to do it for the 4th. I love my tummy its a reminder that I grew the lives of 4 of my children. I just breastfeed after birth and minimal exercise and thats that. If you loose confidence in your body u wouldn't be happy with yourself. Love yourself u created life in that belly.

      No ma'am, it's important to do the exercises, otherwise the muscles can get weak and you can get a vaginal prolapse. Happened to me after two children and my belly pouch is not that noticeable. Diastasis Recti is no joke. It's not about not loving your body, is about helping it heal properly.

    That's crazy! I'm 6 weeks PP and never knew the belly button finger muscle measuring trick. It's 2 finger widths wide and I never knew it!

    I'm 31 now I have a background and fitness I had my first daughter at the age of 22, I constantly hear women say how you're always going to have looser skin or your stomach never going to look like how it did before, but I have to completely disagree because after giving birth to my daughter my body looks even better than before, I had no problem getting my abs back I never had an issue with my stomach, and I continued with my normal workout routine six weeks 6 to 8 weeks after I delivered my daughter, it did take time to get my pre pregnant muscle tone back an back to perfect bikini competition body shape but overall I didn't experience any issues. Throughout my pregancy I rubbed olive oil an rose oil all over my breasts & baby bump, I really feel that helped, i would still use a steam room during my pregancy, HOWEVER I NEVER EXCEEDED more then ONE MINITUE, & DRANK LOTS OF COLD WATER, Steam is great for your skin, as long as you can use it safely during pregancy, I know coconut oil is very popular, BUT it's actually not ideal for preventing stretch marks as the molecules and coconut oil are too large to penetrate to the deepest parts of the skin! I would make my own custom blend of oils I would use olive oil rose oil avocado oil and I even found a mango oil and I would mix these together and I would religiously rub them all over my belly and all over my breasts two to three times a day! 🌞

    Hi Joanna,.... I'm a mother of 3 years and 5 months old boy. And my tummy is still the same, people used to ask me how many months your pregnancy which is really emberrasing. I tried your workout for overweight cardio. Then I realised that my tummy is bulking more. Can you please guide me what should I do?

      You probably gaining muscles there and thats the reason why it is looking bigger. It is good sign people at first gain muscles and then loose fat with excercises

    I was told by chiropractors & nurses to stay off hands & knees until the DR has healed. The weight of your organs presses against the weak rectus abdominus muscles.

    What an informative video! I appreciate that she explained the "diastasis recti". It makes sense now that women have difficulties getting back to shape without doing this 5 exercise before doing all the crunches and getting 6 packs. I wish doctors will explain this after 6 weeks of giving birth for proper guidance. I also like that she discuss how to measure the gap of the abdomen muscle after giving birth. This lady did an excellent job! My son is almost 3 months old and I will definitely do this strengthening of abs. Thanks for this great video! I will also share it with my friends.

    Okay I got all my questions answered. I am a mom of 5 years old girl and a 11 months old boy. Before I have my first child I was size 4 5 pants and small/medium on top. Now because of the over weight I have due to giving birth to my kids I'm over weight. From 125 to 160. I just need to loose 35lbs. But I'll try those 5 excersize and see the results.

    1) after normal delivery & c sec when can a mommy start this exercises?
    2) How many reps is needed?
    3) after doing this exercises when can we get shower & meals?

    Hi Ladies,
    I tried this exercises for 2 months and now my core has become strong, i could see the diff from 2 fingers to 1 finger nd also my mummy pouch is decreased by 2 inches. Thanks alot team.

    After doing the exercises to correct the gap how when you know to transition back to traditional ab workouts?

      Go very slow - try planks against the wall and ensure your transverse abs on switched on

      When your gap is closed - a physio would be able to advise you
