karahi Lamb on the bone

Ingredients for Lamb Karahi on the bone
Spices :
2 x tsp ground coriander
2 x tsp ground cumin
2 x tsp garam masala
2 x tsp red chilli flakes
2 x tsp chilli powder
1/2 x tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 x tbsp fenugreek powder
Main ingredients:
1.2kg of Lamb
2 Lg onions sliced
8 garlic cloves minced
1.5 inch / 40g ginger minced
4 large ripe tomatoes chopped
2-3 green bullet chilli’s
Chopped coriander
Lamb prep :
6 x Tbsp rape seed oil
1 x tsp salt or to taste
5 x tbsp natural yogurt
