      Its called bunning (spelling) basically simmer the curry till it starts to catch on the pan, when it does ad a little hot water (about an egg cup full or there abouts not too much!) And repeat this process for about 10 minutes, you should start to see oil separate.

  • @jasoncrook1
    @jasoncrook1 7 месяцев назад

    Looks good, not sure why you wouldn’t add all the spices (not Gara masala and cosori methi ) a little less water and ghee instead of oil , I’m also thinking lamb shoulder in 15 minutes is a bit ambitious even for a pressure cooker, and my other concern is the price of 1 kg of lamb you’ll need to take out a second mortgage lol 😂 , this is no way meant as a put down just us home chefs knocking ideas together, I cook your black dala in the pressure cooker on a regular basis but I cook the masala first then add the lentils and water to the pressure cooker,buna it and add butter at the end , keep up the good work looking forward to your next video 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

      Mutton would work, cooking time would go up as its a tougher meat, check at 25-30 minutes, it could take a little longer check as you go.
