@@TheCraftyOrganizer LOL I have never eaten ice cream that way. I've seen it done in movies, but that's it. I have quite often said to my hubby, if all else fails, read the instructions. Being OCD, I have a strong need to read them first.
I used the larger Command hooks to hold a drape rod to hang my drapes and it worked great! I've had my drapes up for 5 years on those hooks without incident.
I use command strips ALL over the house....my husband works for 3M Canada 🇨🇦 and gets goody boxes occasionally. I hang Christmas Cards on my entrance wall with the little clear reusable squares, hang Christmas decorations with the small and/or medium clear hooks. All of the pictures, paintings and light decorative pieces are mounted with Command strips. I have several pieces of Belly Dance jewelry (coin belts, wrist and ankle bangles, dangling earrings, head pieces & scarves) which gets tangled so I use the small clear hooks to hang them decoratively between classes. I have a full length mirror attached to the back of my bedroom door....I used 8 of the long velcro sets to hold the weight. That sucker has been there for 12 years and doesn't budge even when the wind catches and slams the door. Great products!
Wow, I never thought of using them on the mirror, I've got one that kind of clangs once in a while when the door swings think I'll give your idea a try.
I once emailed 3M to see if a certain product was available to buy in my country. It wasn't, but they sent me a free sample of it for me try out plus a box of goodies for me to use and review. It wasn't like I was on social media or anything - the reviewing involved me filling out a questionnaire that was included in the box of goodies and posting it back to them!
I love the dental floss trick. Hubby bought permanent cable tabs he uses for work. I used the dental floss to separate the plastic from the sticky pad and then scraped off the sticky pad with that metal thing you use for smoothing polyfiller. Took hours as he had one every inch along the wall. He is now BANNED from sticky anything lol. Dental floss works great for crafting too. I use it for book binding and to take of foam pads when I change my mind 😊

It’s amazing how many people have problems with products because they simply don’t read the directions. It clearly says on the command hooks to clean the surface with alcohol and to wait for it to set before using it. I’ve had no problems with them because I read and followed the instructions. I have the broom holder in my camper to hold my broom out of the way. It stays on the wall even when we’re traveling with no problem. I hang my measuring cups inside my cabinet doors with them. We hang Christmas decorations from our shutters with them. I’m a big fan of command products.

Thank You for your video. I am so excited to get some or these hooks. They have one with velcro, now, that you can put on any of your items with cords on them. It fastens onto the item and when you're ready you can wrap your cords up and the velcro will keep it in place. 😊
Love command strips. Took the Velcro style ones and put a power strip on my wall next to the table where I need the power. Now I can get multiple items plugged in without having it on the floor and having to bend over to plug and unplug. Also put the small picture hangers on the side of my refrigerator to hold my frequently used kitchen utensils. Great for RV's too. I lived in mine for 2 years and hung up lots of things with them. Loved them in the kitchen. I am in an apartment and again have them in the kitchen for utensils around the stove, in the bathroom on my mirror to hang my brush and hair cutting shears, hairdryer etc. to hang keys so I can grab heading out the door.
I have one of those collapsible stepstools that has hole that serves as a handle when folded. I got one of those extra wide Command hooks and stuck it on the side of my portable dishwasher. The stepstool fits perfectly using the handle to hang on the hook.
I have always use them, it’s a great product. I especially like it because I come up with a way to hang something and don’t have to fully commit to It, if I use a nail that’s another story. I like it high up in the closet I have a gloves small canvas bag and knit hats in another makes for easy reach. Will the weather being cool and hot I don’t have to store it in another room , it right where we can all be t to it.
Thank you for the great tips. I've got 2 more ideas for command strips. One I saw online, but I can't remember where to give credit, use the hooks with cafe curtain rods on the inside of a kitchen cabinet to hold pot lids. The 2nd idea I adapted from the first. I used the hooks and cafe rods to hold the curtains on my French doors. I put the hooks on the bottom rod sideways to hold the curtains down. No holes and no nails! They've been up for months and look great.
I install two hooks mounted sideways on the inside wall of my cabinet about 8-10 inches apart. I stretch rubber bands between the two hooks and tuck plastic container covers behind the rubber bands. Keeps them from falling all over the cabinet. You’re welcome.
LOVE Command strips! I have one on a table leg holding a power strip up so cords aren't on floor, one on side of cabinet in craft room for cricut mats, strips behind smaller shelves to hold my cricut cuties, a few in the bathroom for towels, did the wall Christmas tree last year (2019) and one did pop off and take some drywall with it. Use them all the time with having had 3 kids in dorm rooms! 3M really should pay you for this!
I've had it take a chunk out once.... my little one was much younger and pulled (hung) the towel that was on a hook.... I literally glued the chunk back in and puttied over it. Fixed! LOL And, I agree!!! I'd LOVE 3M to work with me! :)
I use Command hooks in my front big window to string my xmas lights in the shape of a tree, hang my favorite decorations. We didn't have room for a xmas tree in our living room with family so I tried this. People have told me they look for it every xmas.
I came across this fantastic idea & want to share it with you and your subscribers. I use Command Hooks on the inside of my closet door to hang my purses. I even had one door for my Coach bags and the other for my Vera Bradley purses. I use to be a shoe hog nor a purse hog. It was pretty bad when you can't find your red purse, so now you have one hook for that favorite bag and you know exactly where it is. And just one more thing...To keep all the packages of Command hooks in one place, I have a 7X9 inch plastic box (with a slit lid) Got it from Dollar Tree and I put all the hooks and hanging stripes in one of those plastic boxes. Keeps everything in one place and you can see what's in there.
Thanks for sharing! I used velcro strips for the long vacuum attachment pieces that were too big for a box. I use them in the corner of my closet where I store my vacuum.
I use Command strips in a few different ways. I hang baskets for towels in my camper bathroom. I use them to hang puffs & brushes in the shower, hang keys & pictures. I have noticed a difference in the Command & the cheap brand.
I use command strips to keep my remotes organized. Each remote had a command strip on the back of the remote and on the back of whatever the remote is for. I don't have kids so immediately after I'm done watching TV or a fan, whatever, I immediately put the remote back!
Say, an alternative for the Scrabble letter holders: Home Depot has a lumber section. In it, there is a perfect selection of similar options. Cut to size, sand, & paint. You can install hooks etc. & customize the size. You offered great ideas!
I also use them on my garbage cans to hold the liners too. Love the idea of using them to hold up a wire rack to make a shelf. And the scrabble tile racks would be cute if they were turned upside down as well. Would look like little corbeled shelves. I also use command hooks on my entry doors to hold wreaths. I put the hook on the INSIDE of my door, upside down. Then make sure the wreath's hanger is long enough to go over the top of the door and hook onto the command hook. Especially handy if you live in windy locations.

Cord holders are used for Every Electrical Appliance I own except the Air Fryer which sadly gets too hot.
Great ideas for command strips, have several command hooks , now I can actually use them thanks to your great video, with super ideas. Thank you so much.💕🌸💕
I made tie backs for several sets of drapes and stitched a bit of tape to the back of each and looped them onto the adhesive hooks. When they're in position the tieback cover the hooks so they don't show and they have been very durable, it's been years. They are hugely cheaper than the actual tiebacks they sell for the purpose and don't need screws into the wall, nor do they stick out where they can catch you passing like metal ones might. I saw those and decided they were a hazard to my grandchildren so the sticky hooks are much safer too. Great suggestions, thank you. I love the garbage can idea, that's a bugbear to me, I must set that up asap. 😊👍
I have a "Merry Christmas" bunting, which I have clear hooks up for. They stay up all year, but the bunting only goes up at Christmas. Because they're so small though, I don't see them.
@@TheCraftyOrganizer thank you! I didn’t want the cord dangling so the bundler is perfect. I use a binder clip to hang up my rubber cleaning gloves on a command hook. I use the tiny hooks on the inside of my cabinets to keep the Dollar Tree wire dish shelves from moving around. I wish I could post pics!! I’m definitely going to use a bundler on my small appliances. I love that idea!
Hi there...I have all the electrical plugs from my appliances on those loop hooks, they work great even on the hot surfaces on crockpots, rice cookers, and instapots...also I discovered that if the adhesive backs are stored in warm or hot areas they loose their adhesiveness, so now I keep my box of command items inside the house and not in the shed or garage. Thanx for all ur info.

These are great ideas. I never thought of some of these ideas. I now live in a condo and some of my walls are cement so these would come in handy will try them. Thanks
The cord holders are great for appliances. I have one on my mixer and my air fryer. I have also mounted one to the inside coffee table leg to hold an extension cord. Our outlet is blocked by a sofa. So rather than having to pull the couch out to plug in my sewing machine or anything I use (we have a small house where our living room doubles as my sewing room). I have a sewing machine cabinet on wheels that I roll out when needed. The extension cord stays plug in and when I need it is readily available.
I just got an mazon order of command hook. I put 2 on the Inside of an entryway closet door to hold my purse when I come in. I also have put them inside several cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen to hold baskets for my hair dryer, curling iron, and in the kitchen all those various types of plastic wrap and aluminum foil etc. to hold my purse, I am using two of the hooks that are rated for 7.5 pounds. Not sure how it’s going to work. I am letting it cure for 24 hours.
I plan to utilize the command strips for the garbage can, under sink baskets, kitchen aide accessories and vacuum cleaner and fan extension cords. Thank you Norrine! 💜

I've had them fail in my garage in the summer. I've used 2 large hooks as a curtain rod. I've toyed with the idea of using the velcro strips with the under counter battery powered lights.
As many times as I've thought about command hooks, I've never known they need to set and cure before hanging something on them. That's probably something I should've read. lol
So many great ideas!! Home-owner and a renter-friendly way to hang things on your walls without damaging them. I have been using the nails in the wall from previous renters, but they are so random that my decor looks more junky than pretty. Definitely going to try these. Thank you!!
Since I just found your YT, I am now binge watching. Who knew there were so many awesome ideas with Command hooks! Must go buy a bunch for my craft shed! TFS
Brilliant ideas. I’ve just ordered some of the wire hooks to hang a basket inside my huge under-sink cupboard. I guess I could clean the surface ready while I’m waiting for the delivery 😊.
@@TheCraftyOrganizer 😊 I’ve put them up and they are working brilliantly, I was even able to use the basket that the tiny containers were already in. I have had this kitchen for over 20 years, always had one large crate at the back of the huge corner sink cupboard with the summer picnic / less used items and stacked the plastic tubs I use for food storage (I have loads of one portion sized ones for when I batch cook to put into the freezer)… always had to move all the containers to get to the crate. It finally clicked this year, after watching your organisation videos and thinking 🤔 “There must be a better solution”… saw you lift out one storage box of the most used items off the front of a shelf, which had another storage box behind… bingo! I discovered I could turn my crate sideways and it still fits through the door, and another one can fit in front! Didn’t even cost me anything as I had a matching create already. Now I can lift out all of the food boxes at once 😊 Thank you so much for your inspirational videos xx
I have a glider rocker with matching footstool. When you rock the footstool walks away. I use velcro strip from them, I put them on the bottom.legs and it sticks to my carpet.
Good one! My daughter in a rental has used those big silver metal ones the ones you used for artwork as curtain rod holders. When your blinds are set within the windows you just put it on either side put any kind of rod you like and hang your curtains

You are a pro with these hooks!
Great ideas for command strips, have several command hooks , now I can actually use them thanks to your great video, with super ideas. Thank you so much.💕🌸💕
Super ideas!
Such a beautiful smart lady! Thanks
Wow, thank you!💜
Great ideas 💡 👌 love it.
Excellent I got some new ideas using the command strips.
Noreen OMG, what great ideas for the command strips. Thanks so much
You are so welcome!
I have a very small closet and I use Command hooks to hang my camisoles so they are always handy for me to grab and it saves drawer or hanger space.
I love these ideas! I never thought of lots of these! 😊❤️
Thank you for the dental floss idea. I needed that. The garbage can! Another amazing idea. I try taping it up. Only works once. I will do your idea.
Glad it was helpful!
👍👍You know I gotta try some of these ideas I have not seen before!🤗
I made tie backs for several sets of drapes and stitched a bit of tape to the back of each and looped them onto the adhesive hooks. 😊👍
So smart!!!! I love the garbage can idea too!!!!
Great tips once again. Your Fantastic!!!
Thanks, Rhonda!
I use them for hanging Xmas decorations on the ceiling and leave them up for other celebrations throughout the year.
Yes!!!!
I have a "Merry Christmas" bunting, which I have clear hooks up for. They stay up all year, but the bunting only goes up at Christmas. Because they're so small though, I don't see them.
Fabulous ideas here!! Your tension rod tricks have been life-changing for me
So glad!
The bundlers are fantastic! I use it along with a regular hook to hang up the hair dryer in my linen closet.
Smart idea!!!
OMG! I love all these ideas. I love the one for appliance cords. Thank you!
We use them all the time. Love them. Make sure to check their weight limit on the pkg.
Good to know!
I have wondered if they would work on my front door. I live in Oklahoma so we have sub zero and 100+ temperatures. I haven't tried just yet though.
I was just thinking about you and I felt that I needed to tell you the following:
1) Thank you so berry much for each and every video you create for us You Tube crazies.
2) You inspire me!
3) Do Not Ever Give Up! What you do is not only valuable to us, but much more to yourself.
4) I wish you could come to my home and sprinkle your skills around. I am super OCD, yet due to my storage building falling apart and allowing water to get all over my things, all that I could save came into my already cluttered Craft Lover home.
I'm going crazy!!
5) I hope you are blessed with a beautiful day!!
I am so sorry for the late reply... I appreciate your words so much!!!! It means the world to know I am helping. Email me pictures of your area (wide-shots of the room/area and close-ups) to CallClutterFairy@gmail.com and I will take a look and see if I can help with some suggestions. 💜
@@TheCraftyOrganizer Absolutely, I will do that as soon as I can. Thank you 😀
I have a command hook on my window and the pull strip broke so now I know how to get it off! Thank you for that! Lots of great ideas in this video that I would never have thought of!
These are great ideas. I never thought of some of these ideas. I now live in a condo and some of my walls are cement so these would come in handy will try them. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
I love these ideas!! Thanks!
I really enjoyed the one for the high chair. We will be having a new baby in our family this July. 😊
Several of these ideas would really work for me!
Oh wow so many great ideas! Thanks! I need to go shopping....
Great idea!
Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!
Lots of great ideas. Great channel!
Using command hooks for self healing mat and brother scan n cut mat.
I plan to utilize the command strips for the garbage can, under sink baskets, kitchen aide accessories and vacuum cleaner and fan extension cords. Thank you Norrine! 💜

Okay I'm off to SHARE!! Thank YOU.. A TRUE BEAUTY I'd a Soul you have!!!🤗💗I lost my phone ..😓all my pictures videos and emojis gone.. Plz have a God Blessed.Day!!!
I lost a phone with so many pictures of my kids many years ago.... devastating. I hope you found it!!!
I've had them fail in my garage in the summer. I've used 2 large hooks as a curtain rod. I've toyed with the idea of using the velcro strips with the under counter battery powered lights.
They worked for my power strip
I'm going to have to rewatch this! The first one I am using is to corral cords.
Thanks for the broom handle holder. Like you, I have to think of earthquake safety.
It's one of my favorite ideas. :)
As many times as I've thought about command hooks, I've never known they need to set and cure before hanging something on them. That's probably something I should've read. lol
If it's a heavier item - it makes the world of difference! Thanks for watching!
Yay! Let me know how they go for you!
That is genius, Terri!!!!!!
Great ideas, Norrine! Thanks, especially, for explaining how the hooks work correctly. Tfs from Cheryl in AZ.
Some lovely ideas. Tks for sharing9
You are so welcome!
Good one! My daughter in a rental has used those big silver metal ones the ones you used for artwork as curtain rod holders. When your blinds are set within the windows you just put it on either side put any kind of rod you like and hang your curtains
Great idea!
All such great ideas!
Thanks so much!
