    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through easy to follow exercises that will help improve your balance.
    This is another workout from our "Basics" series which focuses on beginner level, fundamental movements. Making sure you have a base understanding of how to build strength and balance for your level of fitness is important. Balance is the core of everything we do from regular exercise, walking, going up and down stairs to carrying groceries.
    Making sure we are as stable as possible for daily activities will help us avoid injury and will promote better longevity.
    This is a beginner level routine but make sure you only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause you any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great balance workout!

    My legs muscles must be very weak. The leg I am balancing on, while moving the other, really gets to hurting, especially in outer hip muscle. But will keep it up. Hopefully will get better as I keep doing this and other workouts. At 65, started noticing balance and strength issues. So glad I found this channel.
