Thank you Very useful. I am trying them after a Hip Replacement.8 months ago after a fall due to Osteoporosis and now have 30 staples in my left hip. A complete no pain recovery Right knee is now a problem. 😅😅I have been exercising and taking physio. Learning these exercises in Physio too.I am in my 80’s.

Exercises are great, helpful but it would be more helpful to walk us through the exercises in a session. Perhaps divide them up into shorter sessions.
