When Irishmen get together and talk, it gets harder and harder for the rest of the world to understand what they are saying. But whatever it is, it sounds like a great conversation. Hahaha.
@@paodwyer__you performed awful at the World's Strongest Man in South Carolina, such an embarrassment to the sport, how were you even invited to attend this event
@@jamesg1501 Max also has dyspraxia (co-ordination is poor). It might be able to be overcome for Strongman events, it's probably just more challenging for him to learn certain movements
Pa's accent got stronger as the video went on, made me laugh. I bet this kid had the day of his life training with Pa. Looking forward to following this lads career.
What a brilliant result, well done lad, not long til he gets the 170 as well I bet. And well done Pa for encouraging him and showing us lot what he was capable of. You could train him up a bit for sure.
Can tell they’ve picked events that general public can atleast understand the strength needed to do/looks good on the eyes, which I’m all for if it brings more attention to the sport.
I wonder if Pa saw Bubba's Instagram and pretended not to be able to find it, after realising Bubba is 13 and deadlifting 204kg / 450lb. Not trying to bring the kid down - he's incredibly impressive and I hope he has a great career in Strongman - but I think if that weight was the record, it must be a record only recognised in certain competitions? Powerlifting? Crossfit?
I just checked your right! Bubba put up 204kg recently in training, I googled quickly and didn’t find much that day maybe because there all unofficial records?! Either way
@@paodwyer__ Just wish we could have a proper Strongman comp with some record breaker events for WRs at different age groups cos there is a lot of confusion for the younger athlete records. I was buzzing when Lucy Underdown broke the women's WR deadlift cos for years there were multiple different claims to it and she fucking smoked them all to settle it once and for all 😂
“Record is sumo, so we can cancel that record” haha shots fired
Savage video pa, keep in touch with him. It would be a shame for such strength and talent to go to waste.
Brilliant, I absolutely love to see this 👏

The way he just held 170kg, a PB, at his knees, and bloody spoke 😂😂
What a king - great lifting young man 👏
I know 😂 that tells me he’ll pull it very soon!

That kid & the older guy remind me of the father & son from “Brave”, the boy was just massive & strong but nobody understood him 😂
I see a longterm coaching opportunity here. The rookie & his Mr. McMiyagi.
Lovely lad from a lovely family Up Castlerea.
He has great strength and a great mentor. Great job both of you
Nice thing to do for him Pa,fair play!
Lil bro is super strong!! Imagine what he will be able in a few years.....
Good question about bubba pritchett and good question about whether he grew up on a farm....maximus hall will likely be breaking records soon too
Doubt it. I think he has some sort of illness. His form is really bad - he seems to have very poor control of his body.
