The amount of sauce is amazing. I wish places out here in California would actually be like that. Most places won't give you ketchup packets unless you ask for them nowadays + McD's gives you 2 sauces for 20PC nuggets lol.
I'm against companies who charge extra for sauce (not like it matters cuz their employees give it free anyway lol). But limiting packets is good, no reason for them to shower every customer with 100 plastic packets that 99% of the population will throw into the trash just to save you time asking for more.
@@SidewaysInTraffic99% of the population can select the specific quantity of ketchup packets to go with their fries. If I like 50 packets it doesn't mean everyone's bag should automatically come with that many. The amount saved can go towards that 1 rando who wants a gallon of sauce with their ounce of fry.
Their beef patties always tasted a little too processed and artificial to me, but everything else was great. I liked their milkshakes a lot and the Hanwoo Bulgogi burger was generally good enough for me to overlook the weird tasting beef. Their potato wedges/jojos are amazing.

LOTTE is a Korean/Japanese confectionary brand I say Korean/Japanese because of a very complicated story. Let me explain.. A Korean born in occupied Korea (Korea was a part of Japan for 35 years) moved to Tokyo at an early age, he already spoke Japanese because he was born inside the borders of the Japan of that time, he graduated in Tokyo and he took on a Japanese name and wife. He created LOTTE confectionery in Japan and it became widely popular, years later the South Korean government threatened this Japanese citizen of Korean decent to band him from ever opening shops or visiting South Korea unless he moved his headquarters to Seoul instead of Tokyo. This was after the war, so the hatred is understandable, but unfair. Ever since LOTTE has been seen as proud South Korean Brand. Lotteria is under the brand of LOTTE, but it is under the Japanese part, Lotteria fast food chain is fully Japanese, more importantly made for the Japanese pallet, they never made the burgers to be burgers of the west, they made them to match the Japanese taste..
The shrimp burger is definitely not a new item by a long shot. And it pretty much looked exactly the same. Living in Suwon, Korea 1996-7 I probably ate several dozen of them. Lotteria was the only westernish fast food place near where I lived.
Bennigan's used to have a burger like that one with the fried mozzarella. I think they called it the Wagon Wheel Burger. It was great! I used to go there often with friends, and once I tried that it was all I ever got. There aren't any more Bennigan's in the US, but they did still have some overseas locations last time I checked.
I think you're disappointed because you're expecting a beef burger. From what I can see (color is different), and from what I know about Japanese yoshoku, is that it's likely to be a beef AND pork burger. I may be wrong; I didn't research, but at least I know it's Japanese, lol. I loved it when I had a bite in Tokyo.
This chain is from Korea but they probably are using a mix of things and not just beef. I'd bet there's some other fillers in there including soy and grain products and it probably makes the flavor a bit forgettable.
LMFAO! Dude, as a kid who suffered thru Reagan's Free Government Cheese, I almost hurt myself laughing, at these Tan Burgers. I think I would have ordered the Mattarella burger with double cheese, and thrown the meat away. Squid rings actually looked good to me, but then what the Hell do I know. lol! Thanks Sonny, for a Great Saturday Morning!!
Lol, Lotteria is far from the worst fast-food chains in Asia. Its nice, but definitely not on the level of Mom's Touch and Jollibee, which I consider the best chains in Asia. You should Chinese fast food chain knockoffs if you want to see how bad is.
The second burger with an egg on it is actually called a Farmhouse burger that's made with a burger patty, one egg on top made to order the bun toasted with any side of your choice and garden on the side (lettuce & tomato) ... #HuddleHouse
Lol, it's no surprise there that your favourite was the fried mozzarella cheese burger... It's no secret you love your fried mozzarella cheese sticks 🤣 🇦🇺👍 the squid rings looked good, not sure about the spaghetti though, lol 🌟
The two tissues and Good luck mother trucker had me rolling. Food looked pretty good and good portions. Burgers are less than desirable. That mozzarella cheese puck was amazing. Game changer. Was fun to watch. Great video
Last time I was in Vietnam I must have had at least 6 shrimp burgers while I was there. Also loved the fries with the cheese seasoning packs to shake in the bag of fries.
That fries with the cheese powder works way better when you open the packet and dip the individual fries in. The powder won't get soggy from the moisture in the potato, and also won't stick to the bag so you get twice the cheese powder for your purchase.
Dude, Lotteria's shrimp burgers are the BOMB! (though it might just be a copy of KFC's shrimp burgers). Don't care what others say or think about the food chain overall. I go there quite frequently and I don't think it's THAT bad.
As a Korean I gotta admit, this pains me to see. Even though is true that Loteria is the worst fast food even in Korea (despite the slightly high quality they try to put) its sad to see it being trashed like this. But if you look at the history of Loteria its basically Asian McDonald's cause they legit have similar backstory. Loteria was founded in Japan by a Korean person. It was successful and sold actual quality burgers and finally branch out to Korea and later other Asian countries. As time pass by the quality of Loteria burgers started deteriorating due to similar problems McDonald's had. So they end up becoming the cheap garbage fast food of Asia. Kinda how McDonald's is the cheap garbage fast food of the West but the difference between McDonald's & Loteria is that McDonald's in Asia for some odd reason have better quality than the West while Loteria still hasn't branch out in the West and is still a terrible fast food chain. I mean...Loteria is clean but the burgers ain't good. So it pains me to see it become this pathetic. Thank Goodness for Issac Toast & Mom's Touch.
TBH, I don't know about other countries. but I rate uk mcdonalds to be decent quality especially for price. yeah sure, they're not as good as some other places but it's cheap and their beef and chicken is actually beef and chicken
Years ago, my bf's family took us out to sushi, and I remember having a religious experience eating this seasonal hand roll the restaurant made. Ever since then, I've had maybe a handful of rolls trying to chase that experience... but I never got it back. To this day I am underwhelmed by hand rolls because they can't measure up to that one magical one I ate all those years ago. @_@
Lotteria's chicken is definitely underrated! I like their chicken over KFC's (sorry KFC but it's the truth). Too bad that Lotteria near my place already closed for years now. And now I'm craving for Lotteria chicken. Where do I find them 😭

@@SidewaysInTraffic99% of the population can select the specific quantity of ketchup packets to go with their fries. If I like 50 packets it doesn't mean everyone's bag should automatically come with that many. Letting people have the freedom to choose as few, and as many, as they want saves company money and environment of waste. The amount saved can go towards that 1 rando who wants a gallon of sauce with their ounce of fry.
I can get as much sauce as I ask for from my local McDonald’s that’s probably a regional thing lol
Their beef patties always tasted a little too processed and artificial to me, but everything else was great. I liked their milkshakes a lot and the Hanwoo Bulgogi burger was generally good enough for me to overlook the weird tasting beef. Their potato wedges/jojos are amazing.
You should try the “Big Tasty” from McDonald’s in the UK when you get a chance and if it’s available. Honestly it’s heaven. And the Chicken Legend is exclusive to the UK :)
You need try Big Tasty in Ukraine, tastes better than any EU McD :)
You know the food in your country sucks when a McDonalds item is "heaven" to you.
McDonalds.... Heaven .... You need to eat out at some nicer places 😅
@@borisstanislav4560 have you tried it though..
@@borisstanislav4560 McDonald's in Europe is actually higher quality than in the US and McDonald's in the EU has to adhere to EU regulations which don't allow several ingredients that are allowed by the FDA in the US. So yeah, different taste and some McDonald's burgers can be actually pretty good. I've had "gourmet" burgers that cost more than double the burgers at McDonald's that were worse.
Loved this video!
Great review not too long and not too short THANKS
I am so hungry now, it looked great
it's called a "double-double" because there are two pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese. it's weird you haven't been to an in and out burger o.O
I learned a thing today.
@@BestEverFoodReviewShow You should definitely try in n out. That vid would get a lot of hits.
Love this video. The food looks so good.
I've never been impressed by Jollibee spaghetti.
You should see Korea now
Bennigan's used to have a burger like that one with the fried mozzarella. I think they called it the Wagon Wheel Burger. It was great! I used to go there often with friends, and once I tried that it was all I ever got. There aren't any more Bennigan's in the US, but they did still have some overseas locations last time I checked.
there are bennigans still in the us, good luck with your wagon wheel hunt
@@Starberrii Thanks for the tip! Maybe they've started coming back since I last checked. I'll take a look; that burger was worth the effort.
I really really love all his vids.,, Sonny the great to all FOODIES 😋
"Am I just a piece of shit why do I kinda like this?" is me every single time I order take out
I think you're disappointed because you're expecting a beef burger.
@@DevynCairns Actually the chain is from Japan but it's parent company, Lotte, is Korean. Confusing I know.
Lotteria is not bad. I would say Jolibees. It had the potential to present the best of Filipino goodies but instead turned into a very bad chain.
Govt cheese!!!
Hell I loved that era
Dude, that cheese was the best, theres STILL a thriving black market for it.

5 lb, saltsticks. lol!
WTH, you can buy it at WALMARX pre sliced, and wrapped as singles! lol!
I've worked twice in South Korea and this video is really spot on.
This is Vietnam
the sign had me rolling like nothing else!
Lol, Lotteria is far from the worst fast-food chains in Asia. Its nice, but definitely not on the level of Mom's Touch and Jollibee, which I consider the best chains in Asia. You should Chinese fast food chain knockoffs if you want to see how bad is.
Love this video 🤩🤩 The food looks so good 😋😋
Are you joking? “Food” looks disgusting
The second burger with an egg on it is actually called a Farmhouse burger that's made with a burger patty, one egg on top made to order the bun toasted with any side of your choice and garden on the side (lettuce & tomato) ... #HuddleHouse
Lotteria food is so gooey lol i can't even
Ohh say can you see,
FROM THE NATION OF NIGHT,

Omg these translations 😂😂😂
This is such a fun video Sonny i loved it so much! I wish i could try that cheese burger it looks insanely divine 😤
You gotta do more vids like this
We’ve seen enough good restaurants, it’s time to call out the bad ones
Lol, it's no surprise there that your favourite was the fried mozzarella cheese burger... It's no secret you love your fried mozzarella cheese sticks 🤣 🇦🇺👍 the squid rings looked good, not sure about the spaghetti though, lol 🌟
Dude, if Sonny did a collab with Chris Pratt, I think my life would be complete.
Best episode ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@nguyenvanduy247 I will for sure try it that way next time
Dude, Lotteria's shrimp burgers are the BOMB!
Thank Goodness for Issac Toast & Mom's Touch.
korea is the dollar store version of japan lol
TBH, I don't know about other countries. but I rate uk mcdonalds to be decent quality especially for price.
yeah sure, they're not as good as some other places but it's cheap and their beef and chicken is actually beef and chicken
You should go on "Are you garbage?" if you're ever in new york. 3:41 I died.
Who puts sliced hotdogs on spaghetti? Sheldon does.
When you said worse restaurant in Korea, I was expecting the food to look waaay more gross but it looks pretty okay
yeah we don't actually eat dogs if that's what you were thinking
@@propagrandma not gon' hold you bruh, it didn't even cross my mind of you guys eating dogs.

Honestly i dont think lotteria is the worst ff restaurant in korea ive never seen anyone hating on it before aswell
Where do I find them 😭
better than kfc? you must not from Indonesia I guess? Where do u live?

must disagree. Lotteria in Korea actually has the freshest ingredients among the fastfood chains available in Korea.
Beef patties in the burgers are by far the best, even better than burger king
