I went to Dubai 14 years ago and I remember being impressed with their high quality tasting fast food and the freshness of their veggies. It's too bad fast food restaurants in North America lack creativity and don't take their food seriously.
It upsets me more than i can explain that we (the us) started alot of these companies and other countries get WAAAAAY better options and flavors than us! Im just bs'ing but i really wish we could get even the different sauces! I feel left out in the cold!! Im glad mike agrees with me too!
@@stephanc6138 It'd be great for the consumers, but it would be a logistical nightmare and would definitely cost more to arrange that it would make in additional sales. Hence, never gonna happen, unfortunately
different countries have different food standards/product sources. Also I think the McDonalds menu is so standard that added all these extra items would be a nightmare for them and the customers. They probably couldnt even justify the cost since people usually go there for their usual orders

It's because any Western fast food outside of the West is upper class food. You're considered "rich" if you can afford to have Western fast food everyday for lunch.
Because people ain't there for dem dollar menu. These franchises, unlike in the US, could afford to spend more to maintain consistency. Just my opinion.

Living in the Middle East, the fast food chains are absolutely godly. If you want any tips for KFC, always get spicy and if you plan to buy rizo, buy the arrabiata sauce. For Pizza Hut, just stay simple. For McDonalds, literally everything is amazing. Just go ham.

Taco Bell is amazing in America but it's pretty shitty in Canada because they have a fraction of the menu, almost none of the cool new inventive items which come out all the time in America and they also don't even have the breakfast menu. About 3 years ago, I quit eating KFC because 4 times at 4 different locations, I've gotten sick. However, I've eaten KFC in South Korea & a couple other countries, not onoly was it tastier but also never got sick. Love your vids, Mike!
Literally dubai and a few countries have good representation and good quality stuff in there. They really put hard work into making it good than just giving a smashed soggy burger we normally get
FINALLY MCDONALD'S MENU ITEMS I KNOW THE TASTE OF. We have the spicy mayo in South Africa and it really is one of the best things ever, either in your burger or with your fries. I'm surprised to see that some of their chicken and vegetarian menu items are actually the same as ours because I don't see them in the US or Asian countries McDonald's. Interesting to see. It's fun to see Mikeys reaction to loving the foods I eat almost once a week. Even if it is just McDonald's.

Man when I traveled from Saudi Arabia to America I thought the American chains would actually be better in America. I loved the Twisters, the sauces, everything. I think this might just be me, but even the quality of the normal meals found in a standard KFC are done better in Saudi Arabia than the ones in America Other than that I do love America :)
I've worked with Mcdonalds in the middle east and as i watch your videos i noticed that all the employees are staring at your camera. they thought you are a mystery shopper that is grading them. i saw a service crew, marketing manager wearing a black uniform with a skirt and the guy cleaning the table are all staring at your camera hehehe. i just miss that moments :)

no lie bro, i grew up in abu dhabi, uae in the 90s and kfc used to have this buffet for 10 dirhams where you can eat as much spicy chicken pieces you want... i would stay hungry for 1 day before me and my friend would visit and i would sneak chickens in my bag to take back home 🤣... dont judge me harshly guys i was poor 😊i would come home with more than 10 pieces of chicken which i eat for next 2 days 😅
Mikey you need to come Jeddah and visit Albaik, it is the best fried chicken place ever. Order their broast with lots of condiments and chicken strips 😋 👌 you won't regret it!!! We also have a place called Pastoodles 😀 it serves the best rice and egg noodles I've ever tatsed. Also pasta too! I usually order my noodles: Sichuan sauce, chicken, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage!
so the blaze twister chicken wrap is actually the regular chicken twister but with tabasco sauce and the wrap is red because it contains tabasco too! i love the spice mix in the fries super tasty at KFC happy you enjoyed the meal
