How to Make Armenian Khash (Խաշ) | Pacha | Armenian Bone Brother Soup | Eats With Gasia

In this video I show you how to make the best Armenian khash (Խաշ) also known as pacha! Enjoy!
What you'll need:
4 lbs cow feet
1 onion
4-5 bay leaves
5-6 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon slice
1 tsp pepper corns
Salt to taste
Serve with:
Lemon juice, minced garlic, herbs, & cheese.
