    Hey everyone!
The video turned out a little emotional, due to all the things that have happened in the past few days, in my motherland: Armenia and Artsakh. War isn't something anyone would ever want to happen at anytime, anywhere…

Heghineh jan, it's such a pleasure watching your videos. They are always so beautiful and well produced - just really high quality. It's very soothing watching them and listening to your instructions. You speak softly, melodically and with sophistication. And I marvel at how elegant you look in the kitchen, I truly appreciate how you take the time to dress up and despite the messy process of preparation, you remain feminine and clean! :) I also love the authenticity of your videos, you retain such genuine vibe in your kitchen interacting with your family and injecting your personality. Your dishes always turn out delicious, and are easy to follow. I already cooked a few of them, the lavash fish was outstanding! Please keep the authentic Armenian dishes coming, specifically from Armenia. There are too many recipes from the Middle Eastern Armenians, but not enough from Hayastan. Shat shnorakalem!

Thank you for this beautiful comment Evelyn, I really appreciate it!
It does take a lot of time and sacrifice to do what I'm doing
I share all I know and more is coming, of course , if there's anything from our Armenian cuisine that you'd want me to make, feel free to ask, I'd be more than happy to do that.
Thank you again and have a great day!

I made this today and it is amazing! I never had a stew with such great flavor. I'll definitely be making it again. I used chicken stock instead of beer. Also I put in all the layers at once and didn't cook in two shifts. It came out great. I shared the recipe with my daughters.

Hugs! I know is not easy having to leave loved ones behind. I am glad though that you have your children and your beautiful special memories of those familiar smells of home and of your parents. War in my personal opinion is unnecessary and so harmful to all, especially those who suffer the biggest consequences. Thank you for sharing.

I'm so happy to see, that I don't need a tajine for this dish. I do own one, but don't like to cook with it, because I don't have a gas oven or stove. By the way: that green herb you were searching for is OREGANO. Greetings from Germany. P.S. Sending prayers to your family.

Lamb Shanks the best for Khashlama, but I am adding Lamb Neck cuted on big chanks and NO potato, it makes evrything kind of suggy, but lot of tomato and sweet papper. When meet is ready, you can cook meat damplings in broth and then serve as the whole meal - in deep dish serve meat, broth and coocked dampling on the top... Imegine, how good this is ?!.. )))

The only thing that's unprofessional here is your comment. It is very clear right from the beginning that this channel is a more casual cooking vlog run by a busy mother, not a "professional" show on Netflix.
