What an enjoyable trip. I admire you and your girlfriends positive attitude and stamina! I hope you did some awesome trips in 2021 that you will show us now in another bleak winter 2022.
Much like that feeling one gets when a trek is winding down and life leads you back to "civilization", so another marvelous chapter in "The Many Adventures of Hurlgoat" concludes. As ever, it's been a pleasure to follow in your footsteps Mr. C -- "Highlander" is already looking forward to whatever new explorations the future may bring. With any luck, maybe a few local glimpses of your new surroundings on the island and the nearby Coast Range (hint hint)... =)
MOUNT ROBSON! The scenery was amazing today 💥👍💥. Congratulations you two, and thanks for sharing it! Would love to see a break- down video of how you planned for it... and what worked / didn't work. Happy trails!
Awesome videography, and stills too. Thanks to you both for taking me along from my armchair and hope you can keep the adventures coming in 2021. Hi to T....
Corny let Giddy talk more as she has a nice smile. Now that is over a year since the move , do you notice the difference in weather colder or more wetter is the snow dry or really wet . Should be so close to the water but that cool air out of Alaska. Any winter fishing for black mouths ( small king salmon ).
Enjoyed the series. Just one question and that is regarding your footwear. Why did you not bring a pair of water shoes for the creek crossings instead of wearing your shoes through the water. I could not image proceeding with water logged shoes.
We had up to 20 stream crossings a day some days and with wearing the trail runners we did our shoes didn't stay water logged for long, we just imbraced it and walked through all the water, it really wasn't bad at all
I'd say it's one of Canada's most beautiful trails, It wasn't better than the PCT just cause I love the PCT so much! I can compare it to the Sierra High Route thou, amazing views almost every day

Good morning, Hurlgoat. ☀️ Such gorgeous scenery. 👍. Tough weather conditions, though. 😬
The highest mountain in the canadian rockies. 12972 feet. 👌

Thanks for another GREAT series. Are you ready to head south again and take on the CDT yet?
I would love to but not sure when, no definite plans for this year.
Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing! What type of chest pack are you using, and do use it for camera gear or something else?
It's just a simple camera bag, I've had it for about 6 years

May I ask what camera you used on this trip? Thanks!
I was using my GoPro Hero 7 and Sony a6000. Thanks for watching.
Was it better then the pct? Or was it better then anything else in Canada?
