    It blows my mind how people think they'll murder someone and not get caught. Now instead of full or shared custody, they'll never see their kids again and they've lost both parents.

      In the past crimes committed in different jurisdictions were more difficult
      To prove as there was limited sharing of info between different police organizations. With advances in different electronic .media, cooperation is much better now. and sharing of that info between organizations has vastly improved convictions now.

Criminals do not choose. The justice system does. For those who want to see less killing in our country life without is the logical choice.

    George Wagner IV agreed, helped plan, purchased weapons, and went to the homes. If he all of a sudden got a conscience after he froze, then why didn't he say this isn't what we should be doing? Instead, he dragged the body to another room, went to three other homes where six additional people were murdered. This was not disputed by the defense and the defense even stated in his opening statement that George was there!! These are not the actions of an innocent man!!

      absolutely! The BCI had everything they needed to convict all 4 with the death penalty, They could have agreed to life for Angela and George since they didn't kill anyone but not taken death off the table for Jake and Billy since they were the murderers. Conspiracy and destroying evidence could have given George and Angela life but no guarantees that death being taken off the table for the shooters. That should have been the only deal the prosecution should have been considering.

      @thisisanaussiegal3590 Год назад +7

      @@donnacook3079 I 100% agree that the death penalty was appropriate for all 4 as they all conspired, 3 attended and all covered up and destroyed evidence. I agree that Jake is giving sympathetic evidence toward George and his mother and throwing his dad under the bus. However, what I'm saying is that the prosecution *could have* somewhat understandably, agreed to take the death penalty off the table and have life sentences for Angela and George but not agreed to take the definite shooters off the death penalty. That may have still worked to get Jake's cooperation. However, I still feel sure that the state had more than enough to prosecute all 4 for the death penalty with or without Jake and Angela's testimonies. Angela most certainly got off too easy. The whole family is evil in the worst ways.

    I would disagree. People don’t usually attend criminal hearings to "police" the justice system. Most people want courtroom access just to watch it all unfold and to find out the details. We want access for the same reasons we watch murder reality shows, like Dateline, 48 Hours, 20/20, Crime Watch Daily, etc. And by the way, imo, criminals should not have any say as to whether they can be watched, listened to by the general public, especially when their crimes have affected a whole community. The public has a right to know. Cameras and microphones should have been allowed in that courtroom to hear the guilty man’s testimony, forgetting his rights to privacy just like he forgot about his victims right to life. God bless the families of the victims. May they find comfort and healing in the difficult days and years to come.

Narcissists have either internal or external feelings of inadequacy which can only be remedied by being the center of attention. Dog chases tail ensues and it lasts a lifetime. Sadly, Darrell will never be relieved of the evil that has hijacked his personality. Having been closely related to someone with NPD, death is a relief. The media circus will almost never see this trial for what it is because hardly anyone is able to admit having dealt with NPD themselves. It is the silent killer.

    "The reason why we want public access is to be able to ensure that our justice system is doing what it's supposed to do"
    🙄👀 IDK about that, more like the public just wants to be noisy ASF and wants to give their opinions as if their opinions actually matter. The public likes to pretend they're lawyers themselves or behavior analyst or my favourite a psychologist and that's why the public wants to know what's going on inside these court room's, they all want to give their two sense on matters that more than likely they're not qualified to give,

      There were nationwide reports, initially, that made the crimes look like a drug deal gone wrong or a cartel revenge killing. It was only national news in short blurbs, and now all the trials, plea bargains, and self saving family snitching is in full effect.
      The main brother is having his day in court now.
