Strider has some splaning to do. I’m sure it will come down to something like. Blank blank hard use blank blank specops blank blank you wouldn’t understand
jcoolG19 2 I don’t see how you could get that portion of the blade hot enough to anneal it without trashing the heat treat on the rest of the blade. It would take over an hour at 1000+ temps temps to get it that soft. If it was 40 or 50 possibly, but not 20. At 20 hrc the titanium lockbar is harder than the blade!

I have the ectasy of gold as my ringtone so the notification sound made me think. Maybe I should request the danish national symphony and their live versions of the dollars trilogy theme songs next batch I send for testing lol. My dad loved the good, bad, ugly while fistful of dollars still is my favorite of the 3. Anyways great batch of knives, great music, awesome video.

Thanks Bent! Yeah, not sure what's up with that thing. YT has a page that tells you what is ok or not. It's complete bullshit! I noticed a lot of music reaction vids were not getting blocked when playing the full songs. What I do is make a playlist and record it on video, then upload it to private and see what gets blocked and what is ok. It's a pain in the ass, but I got to have my music! There are copyright claims on most of my vids, so any ad revenue goes to the copyright owners. I am just fine with that! 😁

I bet that's a big part of it. Some people want to own a "super steel" but they want it easy to sharpen. The funny thing is, the guys tell me m390 sharpens easier at 62 than 58-59.

That is a Marfione custom around the 6 minute mark just a Strider design. Really cool to see tested.

That knife is made by micro tech, not strider. It is a strider design produced by tony marfione.

That's softer than SS316 (~ 25 HRC). Maybe they did a custom HT to get it to be that soft. LoL
