It truly isn't. Czechoslovakia is intended to be a speed bump in this game, either for Germany, or AUH. Every single time Czechs refuse to give up to get dismantled in 1938, the game suffers, because Germany doesn't have enough momentum to actually do WW2 correctly.
It's kinda stupid how Czechoslovakia can reform Austria-Hungary, like what kind of Czech or Slovakian dude would want to be represented as Austro-Hungarian 😂
Would be cool if there could be a western-slav tag Poland and Czechoslovakia could form by owning each other + Silesia and give them cores on Prussia and the parts of Germany that historically have been inhabited by slavic peoples.

Panzer 35 and 38 Ts were Czech designed and built and pressed into service by the Germans. After they became outdated as tanks, they took the vehicles and turned them into tank destroyers becoming the Marder.

Yeah, I'd noticed that trying to replicate - best I can think is start with Austria then go Hungary & wait for Romania & Yugoslavia until Herr Stache starts picking fights so the allies don't drop gratuity guarantees. Poland is nice but the priority is to remake the old empire
Extra tip: For the light tank support go down the paratrooper doctrin and make them airborn light tanks as they keep more of the base tank design stats And combined with right side superior firepower they will actually get more soft attack as airborn light tank support (24 tanks) then being in the divission (60 tanks)

training time is not dependent on the size of the division but rather the composition. irregulars take 30 days, penal battalions take 50? days, militia take 80? days, Infantry and motorized take 90 days, cavalry, mechanized, marines, mountaineers, and arti/aa/at take 120 days, paratroopers take 150 days, and tanks (including TDs, SPAA, and SPAs) take 180 days. all possible support companies take 120 days, except for military police which take 180 days. And whatever battalion in a division has the highest training time decides the training time for an entire division. so if had a block of infantry with some support equipment, it would take 120 days to train, and just adding a single light tank battalion for some armor would bring it up to 180 days.
Kind of paradox, that in the last century of Habsburgs, Czechs fought for equality and wanted to rename the Austrian state to Austra-Hungary-Bohemia. And in this video, Bohemian Empire is renamed to Austro-Hungarian Empire. :D
47:54 Forts are already reduced in effectiveness for every additional direction you attack from. I'd have to double check by how much, but with 3-4 directions of attack, the fort is losing most of it's effect.
Tip: when justifying a war goal, you can mouse over it on the left in the diplomacy window, and it will tell you the exact day your justification will complete.

Always remeber the Eritreans and Somalians that were constantly being taken as slaves by the Ethiopians. Ones of the big reasons thousands went in eager to attack Ethiopia. It also didnt help that Britain, and France were more worried about Italy taking Ethiopia than the Ethipians decimating local populations that didnt align with them.

1 question: why do you keep engine upgrades on the tanks when you don't need speed? Each unit lowers maintenance, ups the production cost and fuel consumption. It's not much, but it adds up.
Wouldn't it have been better to trade with your allies as much as possible instead of Sweden? As then they get the benefits of your civilian factories? Or was that intentional to keep them weaker so you could get more war score?
