      Vascularity doesn't come with supplement bro...if ur BodyFat is low then u will be vascular and its comes with proper low sodium nutrition

      lalit kumar ,Hi lalit, Wrist injury take lot of time to heal , more than 4 weeks, take break from gym for a month, continue with cardio and legs exercise.When your wrist is healed, then slowly start exercising again.
