    On Sunday, whether it's high carb or low carb ?
    In video it's mentioned as high carb but in PDF it's mentioned as low carb on Sunday.

    Guru Mann bhai please made vedio on acne due to using whey protein. Actually I used 1 bottle of whey protein from that many pimples were appeared on my face, shoulders and back. Now I stopped taking whey protein and I am ok

    Hi Guru Mann, I have one doubt about your 6% FAT LOSS program. In your old videos you have said one can not build muscle while aiming for fat loss. To explain that you also gave an example that one can’t be at 2 different places at a time. Then why are we, in this program, training each muscle twice a week if we won’t be able to grow it?

    Guru mann Whey Liquid jo ghar me home made banate he uske bare me kuch btaye jo 1 litre milk ko lemon se phar ke usme se 200ml whey liquid nikalta he usme 70g protein kese ?
