Hi Guru Mann, I have one doubt about your 6% FAT LOSS program. In your old videos you have said one can not build muscle while aiming for fat loss. To explain that you also gave an example that one can’t be at 2 different places at a time. Then why are we, in this program, training each muscle twice a week if we won’t be able to grow it?
