    A. Knows what he is talking about from exercise to form to nutrition.
    B. Doesn't promote crap in talks or products

    Just follow this blindly it is awesome
    I was 67 and in 1.5 months I turned 70
    I cannot afford powder nor do I eat non-veg or eggs
    It was all on food . . .

    Sir jeetselal says when you are taking bar to your chest do it slow and if you are pushing it away from your vhest do it fast but you are doing opposite of it guide

    Injured my shoulder tendons and lateral bicep doing reverse biceps curls. I don’t think its best to do this exercise on preacher. Lot of pressure on shoulders and biceps in the wrong direction☹️
