  • How to Cook Bok Choy - Pak Choi - Prepare and cook in minutes!!! Tasty, Healthy, Fresh!!!
    Pak choi or bok choy is one of the best known of all chinese vegetables. Now becoming more widely used and eaten in the west, because more and more people have discovered this wonderful green vegetable in chinese restaurants and it is now commonly found in good supermarkets.
    And it's no wonder as it is super easy to prepare and cook, delicious, crisp and wonderfully healthy.
    Pak choi/Bok choy is also flexible as it can be cooked as part of a banquet, as a simple yet tasty side dish or as a base layer for meat and fish dishes to provide a fresh taste against beef, pork, chicken and fish.
    This recipe can be literally prepared and cooked in minutes and is very simple to make.
    For a side dish for 2 or as a base for a meat dish you will need:
    2 heads of pakchoi/bok choy
    1 clove of garlic
    A small thumb of ginger
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    2 tbsp water
    2 tbsp cooking oil
