I really miss your old workouts. I could always count on this channel for a unique, no repeat 30 minute HIIT workout. What happened to those? This used to be my absolute favorite channel - I'd do 3-5 workouts a week. I find myself skipping because there is less new content and the workouts are under 30 minutes (and I miss the older trainers! Julia, Anouk, Maria, etc.). Just some feedback from someone who was always a big fan and supporter of your channel.
I like the 15-20 min workouts but they have been less intense and so many repeated movements from the previous workout so definitely agree it’s getting boring but you can always go back to the old format.
@@meghalean I've definitely gone back and done old ones! But what I liked so much about this channel was each week you'd get like 3 new workouts of 30 min, no repeat exercises. So you wouldn't necessarily have to go back and do old ones unless you really wanted to. These are shorter and there are fewer new videos. Definitely not the end of the world, and the other channels I follow continue to release new content, but I definitely miss the old nobadaddiction!

I agree 100%. I love the old workouts. All the new women are there for looks. The old women trainers show grit, sweat, and determination. You can tell they put their all in their workouts vs looking a fake pin cushion. To the new women ditch all the unnecessary makeup, actually look like your working out instead of looking like u scared to sweat your makeup off and give real emotions behind your workouts.

I agree. These kinds of easy workouts should clearly be marked as beginner friendly in the titles. I miss the previous "real" HIITs. 😊
