Thanks, I liked the workout. However, the second camera angle was so close to the main angle, it didn’t offer me anything extra, just found it distracting. Maybe move the second camera further around next time, or leave it out?

This is not Pilates!! The cherry on the cake is the static plank! In Pilates we never hold any position, there's always a flow! There are also yoga exercises included like Downward dog, etc

This is not Pilates for God sake! In Pilates we don't work by time and we always priorities sequential spine movements.
It may be a nice HIIT workout but please refrain from calling it Pilates as it's not!
