After starting your workouts last month to start building more strength and muscular endurance, running has become enjoyable again and I'm seeing slow progress! I just had one request. Could you guys add some 15-20 Minute Leg Workouts that work calves as well?

Excellent workout Dan bro . Lower body, upper body, fullbody in each circuit and well executed HIIT. After burpees doing dips was intense I reduced pace on 2nd round of dips and instead of squat jump done air squat in 2nd round. Sweat lot at end. Thanks for your work.

Haha nice! I did mine at midnight too and had to stay up until 2 o’clock because my heart kept pouncing like crazy and I couldn’t sleep 😂😂
