    I attempted this workout at midnight, after two hours of bath time with my kids, where they depleted my entire soul. Little did I know that my body would be destroyed as well with this workout. I now have sweat coming from every pore of my body. Who ever heard of sweaty knee caps? Thanks for the grind as usual my friend. I’m now down from 222 lbs. to 206 lbs., and closer to my goal of 175 lbs. You’re still my favorite, even as I submit to this torture. 😊

      You are the man Jamal. Most people would never have the physical or mental strength to workout at midnight, especially after bath time with the kids!!! You are a BOSS! Love hearing your progress! You'll be to 175 in no time!!! 👏🏽🔥🙌🏽🙏🏽

      Haha nice! I did mine at midnight too and had to stay up until 2 o’clock because my heart kept pouncing like crazy and I couldn’t sleep 😂😂

    I did this workout this morning around 4:30. It definitely felt more like a 30-minute workout compared to a 20-minute workout, let me tell you by no means at all was easy it was fun but definitely challenging, it took me to the Limit. It did what it needed to do for me much appreciated Tiff× Dan

    I’m away from my normal gym/workout routines this week. This is perfect for the hotel. It doesn’t take any room beyond your mat and I don’t disturb the room below me when I’m soft on my feet. I haven’t worn shoes for any of these workouts yet. 💪❤

    Yesterday I started my journy to be fit, my friend helped me made a week training list. Which coprises videos from your channel, Sunday is legday (I almost died). today is this fullbody (and today I wasn't able to done it whole). I started at 82,4 kg my goal is about +/- 70kg (I am a high dworf 166 cm 😄) so, thanks a lot for that content. Its really hard for me, but I'm trying my best and I houpe that one day, I'll be able to coplete this whole workout like you 😀.

    Great Format, the 20 mins just fly by. Sweaty Session with the 10secs rest really only allowing you to get into position for the next set.

    Hey guys, been loving your videos so far. As a primary runner, I've decided to implement Strength training in my regimen as my running performance had stagnated and every run felt like a chore. After starting your workouts last month to start building more strength and muscular endurance, running has become enjoyable again and I'm seeing slow progress! I just had one request. Could you guys add some 15-20 Minute Leg Workouts that work calves as well?

    I know this one is only 20 mins but his is one of the hardest ones. Fast paced and only a total of 2 mins rest -- great mix of exercises too.

    Excellent workout Dan bro . Lower body, upper body, fullbody in each circuit and well executed HIIT. After burpees doing dips was intense I reduced pace on 2nd round of dips and instead of squat jump done air squat in 2nd round. Sweat lot at end. Thanks for your work.

    Done.. to me, the thigh exercise is a little too much but i believe continuous exercise will make it last longer.
    Overall, not too tough but will be chasing time... keep it up guys
