Amazing workout 🎉 Dan, so glad to see new videos, as someone that did The Shred II challenge I can tell you this one was challenging enough and I needed each of those 20secs to recover, recovery is as important as the workout I can tell you as a seasoned long distance runner so don’t be fooled by the resting time it is where you complete the muscle building cycle.
Whenever I’m in a workout rut, I put on one of your videos to get me going. Thank you, Dan. PS- haircut looks good.
