    Don't be fooled by bad reviews. You make videos according to everyone's needs. Everyone can find the video according to their needs on your channel.     Amazing workout 🎉 Dan, so glad to see new videos, as someone that did The Shred II challenge I can tell you this one was challenging enough and I needed each of those 20secs to recover, recovery is as important as the workout I can tell you as a seasoned long distance runner so don’t be fooled by the resting time it is where you complete the muscle building cycle.

    I love your channel and come here for the HIIT!! I hadn't done cardio in months due to mold illbess and it affecting my joints, so I stuck to kettlebells but had to modify. I finally started adding in cardio again and made a beeline for your channel. It's fabulous!!
