3 cups Basmati rice
1/2 red onion
1/2 tomato
1/2 bell peppers red and green
3 cloves garlic
🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp complete season
1 Tsp cajun season
2 Tsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
1/2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1/2 cup mix vegetables
1 to 2 Tbsp badia sazon or Turmeric,Curry p
2 1/2 cups water
1 spoon butter
Rice cooked for 25 minutes

Badia Sazon seasoning, you can also add curry powder or turmeric
Annatto. It’s in the sazon
